I stopped eating processed ugali many years ago because it no longer tasted like maize meal. Even milk and eggs and peanuts as well as cakes have aflatoxin. If flies or ants don't eat your food or cats don't eating it either the problem is that we have stopped eating real food such as root vegetables tubers and real maize meal properly handled and milled as whole grain
