There may be intestinal worm inside. Put the fish in small bucket, use albendazole oral suspension and give to fish through mouth for 7 days continously. Daily change the water in bucket.. Big fish means 1ml medicine small fish na 0.25 ml medicine through insulin injection after cutting the needle out.. After giving medicine through mouth use flowerhorn stress reducer 20 ml.. After 5 days surely your fish will eat blood worms or tiny guppies.. Do not feed pellets.. Feed live food for two weeks. Then slowly add pellets.. I did this same to my fish.. My fish didn't eat food for three weeks.. Only I started this medication continued for 6 days. White Poop is slowly started to reduce.. Then I stopped medication on 7th day white Poop stopped too.. Then fed guppies it ate.. My fish size is 2.5 inch only..
