Whitewashed Wood Stair Runner | Stairway Makeover | Perfectly Imperfect Stair Tread Look 

I stripped paint, cleaned, and then sanded and sanded and sanded....white washed the raw wood, sealed and voila! I love how this stairway makeover turned out! It was a labor of love...took a few weeks to complete, but so well worth it in my opinion. Hope you like it too!
