Whitewater by Sleepy Man Banjo Boys - Bellwether Sessions 

i cant help but like you for liking the guy who likes every video of the sleepy men!!!!!!

Everything about them is awesome tbh, they're young, talented, have good taste in music, can play their instruments like bosses, heck... even their band's name is great! Haha!

I'm in no place to criticize either, but he had a hard time hitting the solos cleanly 2 years ago, but holy shit has he improved, and the fact is, it's a classical guitar, which only makes it harder.

No kidding. Nonetheless they're changing bluegrass: Tommy's growing expertise with that guitar in this piece actually has a bit of ... "menace" to it. Robbie's fiddle throws in blues moves, too, and johnnie is always right-on with that banjo. They're a terrific band!

Sorry but that is NOT a classical guitar (nylon string), but rather Tommy's 1939 D-28 Martin Guitar that he bought with his Savings...steel strings and all!

Unfortunately they did. Jonny's in a new band with a friend. It's not bluegrass.

David Merrell came in here giving the boys the highest of praise, and you took that away from him, and tried to make him look bad with your holier than thou attitude. Let the first of us free of sin cast the first stone... in other words, you shouldn't be casting stones simply because you "say" you don't curse. But you are most definitely not free of sin... none of us are. So like I said, simmer down. It's hypocritical stone-casting "so-called" Christians like yourself who cast a shadow on what Jesus died for. It must be really tough being in your circle of friends or family; having to be 100% perfect, and without fault or a modicum of sin in order to not be frowned upon. Like Jack Nicholson said in the movie "As good as it gets"; Go sell crazy someplace else, we're all stocked up here.

Actually, it's what an incredible degree of innate talent and dedication get you.

I don't want to be rude, just although you and I both love the music they've made and performed, they are individual people with a life to live. If they decide to stop doing bluegrass or any music at all, that's their choice. But you're right: they are fantastic!
