I just went down the upper and middle. The guide told me to ride the bull down what he call the table saw. He said you can ride the bull or we can do 360s down it and someone said can he ride the bull and we do 360s and the guide said sure but you are definitely going in the water. I said let's do it and I made it like 2 rotations before we hit a wave and it tossed me on the high side 😆 it was the best part.

The Upper Ocoee is primarily class IV while the Middle Ocoee is primarily class III. It is mostly class fun but those running the Upper class IV section should be healthy and reasonably fit for best results.
FastFredRuddock I really wish I could but I live really far away from the Ocoee. there's only a few holes on the rivers around here that could even compare to those and I've gotten my ass kicked in all of them lol
