Aye new series 👀
Whitley Under Minutes,is basically a mini series that I originally wanted to do since I was Sec 4(Last year,2023).The Series aims to have a simple but slightly entertaining way of learn abit on Whitley's history and facts without using any script :D
So for the first vid if the series,The 3 Buildings of Whitley.
Founded on the 4th January 1965, just few months before the separation of SG & MY (9 August 1965), Whitley was founded.The first Building was located at 60 Durean Rd(basically better Durean Rd & Whitley Rd) & it became one of the few schools in Singapore that was founded at the same year when Singapore gained independence.
In 1992,the Bishan Building was bulid finished and by 1994,the Current one was officially opened and used till today,but with some renovation between 2006 & 2007 which made the Existence of the Temporary site,at Lorong 1 Toa Payoh (which got demolished in 2020).
The current one did undergo a lot of changes
as in 2022,2023 & 2024 did have a lot of updates,Repaints(2022/2023) & additional/changed parts of the school (on going as of 2024).
