In the late 60's and early 70's no four door cars were allowed in the car clubs, those were considered family cars. Convertibles were not around or even considered. Bombs were just bombs which your uncles and fathers fixed up and drove to work. Low riding club OG's in those days were into brotherhood not trophies. Times change.
