@@anthonygallardo8377 You're talking shit. According to a recent study, Ireland is one of the countries in Europe with the most blue eyes. In fact, only one Scandinavian country beats it (Denmark). Also blonde hair in Scandinavia is not as common as idiot like you like you think. Most girls in Sweden use ugly peroxide and their roots clearly show most of them are fake blondes. I should know as I have family in both Sweden and the UK. PS- Next time you see Scandinavian blonde girls, look at their roots. You will see the following: They either have dark eyebrows with light hair which means fake, or they will have almost brown/dark roots in the middle of their hair whilst the rest is extremely blonde, which again equals fake.

I adored that you are so genuine and I loved your video and gave it a like @Ash Serrano; I am 100% Dominican, I came out with 70% European mostly 40% Spain, Portugal, and French, then Greek, Italian, with Finland at 10% and Northwest Russia, 12% Native American Indian in My Heritage and 7 % in DNA Land and Ged Match, 18% Black Sub-Saharan African or 12% Black in other results; Ged Match and DNA land replaces the Native American % with West Asian and East Asian, which is 1% Chinese, and North African/ Arabic. Lol! I did mine in My Heritage and uploaded it into DNA land and Ged Match. I will do a future video sometime when I will do my Ancestry. com results later. Is usually a bit different than My Heritage, especially for people with Native blood like myself. Thank you for sharing beautiful!

My Ancestry DNA results just updated and showed that I am 10% Native American with 8% being more broad North/Central/South American (mine is Mayan) and then 2% Andean Native ... I have recent ancestors who are Bolivian Natives. It’s so interesting to see it show up in my DNA that way :-)

That is awesome you were able to find your Native Indian Tribes @Ash Serrano. I actually cannot believe why My Heritage does not show any of my West Asian which is Middle East and my East Asian, Chinese, but more of my Native Indian tribe instead? Ash, you weren't sure what "Caucasus" was. It's a mountain range between the Black Sea and the Caspian See. It separates Asia Minor (TURKEY) form the GREAT Eastern European Plains (Russia.) The Caucasian race got its name from this mountain. Your ancestors from that area most likely are from Armenia or Georgia. Hope this helps.

So a friend of mine had initiated my interest in people’s dna results. He’s told me what he has found out and I’m done some investigating as well. Each dna testing company has their specific focus of what they wish to derive from these result. 23&me is mainly about genetic traits which are passed along the way good or bad and which gender passes on what down the genetic line. Ancestry is about your genetic makeup of what constitutes the genes that went into creating you as an individual. Then there’s any test by My heritage which is similar to ancestry. But for more in-depth to your genealogy you can take you raw data to GEDmatch to get a detailed breakdown of you genetic code where you may find even more information about your been pool you had no idea. Now there also a genetic test by National Geographic called Geno 2.0. This test results wants to find you the migration pattern which your dna has travel through the course of history. Just know as more of the global population gets tested your result may change over time, because informational gaps are constantly being filled therefore the results have to be adjusted to knowledge those results. So you may want to peruse your test result on an occasional basis to see what has change about the genetic cocktail mixture that went into creating you. Also note that your mixture proportions may not be the same as any siblings you may have, so they can’t go by your results as to who they are. N.G. Geno test also shows you could have as few as 6 people who are you genetic match to you. Hence that mysterious relative no one knows about. My friend has contacted his genetic match and found out that there’s a growing number of them connected in this way, who are so excited about knowing this, that they plan to have a gathering of matching genetic coding traits this autumn. However, I suggest that you’re cautious with how persistent you are in pursuing this unknown relative. I’d hate to see you removed from your continued search for those results and discovery of your ancestral background.

Z-Mack Dos 6 Echo- not sure the ancestry.com is great for all different genetic makeup. I know many Asians complain about the site. It tested all Asia on the pacific as Asia East. No matter where they are from:NE Asia(Japan, Korea) E. Asia(China, Taiwan), SE Asia(many different nations and ethnic groups). You cannot lump everyone together like that.

23andMe claims that its ancestry composition estimate reflects where your ancestors were approx 500 years ago before the start of large-scale modern migrations. Ancestry claims its ancestry composition estimates reflect where your ancestors were 1,000 years ago. So that explains part of the difference. My impression is that the Ancestry category "Caucasus" is a bit of a grab-bag, possibly closer to 23andMe's unassigned, rather than anything else! (23andMe does not have a direct equivalent to that category.) FYI the Caucasus mountains are in the Georgia area of the former Soviet Union. A hundred or so years ago this region was regarded as the birthplace of the modern European race, hence the use of the word "Caucasian" as a synonym for "white & European". The raw data that 23andMe and Ancestry obtain is very similar - if you've run comparisons of your data on GEDmatch I'm sure you will have seen this. What differs is their interpretation of that data and that gets back to (a) how they run their comparisons and the algorithms they use and (b) the data to which they compare your data. Even when they give you similar percentages of a particular ethnicity, they may interpret it differently. So, for example in my case, Ancestry gives me 3% Scandinavian and puts it in the "trace" category. 23andMe gives me 2.7% Scandinavian but says that at least one of my Scandinavian ancestors was born possibly as recently as 4 generations ago.

Some of those regions like Russia/Finland and Scandinavia could be coming from the German ancestry. What we call Germany includes parts of Prussia, which included German speaking Mennonites who were originally Flemish. My own mother is of 100% Mennonite ancestry. FamilyTreeDNA came back with 35% English, and a bunch of Scandinavian, Ukranian, and other stuff. I know she doesn't have any English, but England is made up of Germanic tribes and Scandinavians. Its similar to the mix of genetics that show up when you take some nordic types, some German types, some slavic types, and some Russian types, and mix them all together which is what happens when somebody travels to find other non-related people who are part of the same religious minority to get married to.
