I'm not sure how I feel about "blaming" companies. I do think we as individuals, with our own purchasing decisions, need to take more responsibility. We can't just say ohhhh, Fonterra is dirty dairy! We should avoid drinking cow's milk. That reduces demand, so fewer cows are impregnated, fewer bobby calves killed, less Cow's Milk is sold...because we, and ten thousand other people, and a hundred thousand other people....and a million other people....aren't using it. Z is the second biggest polluter.....but they import that oil/process it into petrol, for you and me. So, we should get off oil. Choose an EV, or to walk, bike, commute in other ways. We can all take on the responsibility ourselves, for what we buy, what we use, what we DO.

Yes, those top Ag companies are not the top because Kiwi's keep buying their product. Changing local demand wouldn't even scratch those emissions.
