I’ve watched a study covering the book of Acts by Dr. Michael Heiser where this is explained in greater detail using the Old Testament as a reference by the New Testament authors, along with history that is known now and can be proven. It is hard to unlearn our tradition, but I’m starting to understand and believe this is the truth.
I believe in fulfilled prophecy and understand audience relevance but can you explain Isaiah 49:6 ? Here the tribes are referenced and the nations parallel with Daniel 2:35.
Good question and maybe Ryan at the "All Prophecy Fulfilled " channel has explained it or will. It's his videos that I have uploaded with his permission. Maybe you can post this question on one of his last videos on his channel. To me the only thing that makes sense is that the Gentiles were the scattered Israelites. The Old Covenant ministry of death is the biblical means of condemning and imputing sin to the account of those under it because sin is not imputed when there is no law.
Lol wrong sorry, from the Jew first and then unto the Greek remember, God gave Israel a chance and they rejected Messiah so God provoked Israel to jealousy by bringing salvation to the other nations, " what I have called clean how can you call unclean?" Did you even read the whole Peter on the rooftop in Joppa thing?, But I digress you should really reread your Bible, good day.
The biblical Gentiles were the scattered Israelites that were living as Gentiles. Isaiah 11:12 The Lord will raise a signal flag to show the nations that *he is gathering together again the SCATTERED PEOPLE OF ISRAEL and Judah and bringing them back from the four corners of the earth.* The Gospel was Preached to ALL that needed to hear it before 70AD. That generation needed to hear it because of the impending judgement that was about to take place in 70AD. You've probably heard that the gospel will be proclaimed to the world and then the end shall come, right? It wasn't talking about an end of the earth but rather the end of the Old Covenant world. It all happened in the first century and came to an end in 70AD. The gospel was preached in ALL the world and the end of the Old Covenant world did come in 70AD... Read 100% proof below... Matthew 24:14 And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached *IN ALL THE WORLD* for a witness unto all nations; *AND THEN SHALL THE END COME.* Romans 10:18 But I ask, did they not hear? INDEED THEY DID: *"Their voice has gone out into ALL THE EARTH, their words TO THE ENDS OF THE WORLD."* Colossians 1:23 If indeed you continue in your faith, established and firm, not moved from the hope of the gospel you heard, which *HAS BEEN PROCLAIMED IN ALL CREATION UNDER HEAVEN...* Colossians 1:23 KJV If ye continue in the faith grounded and settled, and be not moved away from the hope of the gospel, which ye have heard, and *which was preached to every creature which is under heaven;* whereof I Paul am made a minister; The mission was fully accomplished, the gospel did go out to the old covenant world and everyone that needed to hear it did and then the end came in their generation in 70AD. That's when God destroyed the temple with animal sacrifice, Jerusalem and all that wouldn't let go of the law. I believe that was the final judgement and only judgement referred to in the New Testament.
I checked it out, and it goes beyond preterism. It's localism. When you localize everything, you end up with: Yahweh is a local god. This is where he's going. At some point, it became heresy.
