I have to admit that life from social media is way better! I vow to take a week off social media including RU-vid at least once a week out of every month in 2023. I believe that social media and the cell phone are having major effects on the human brain. People (including myself) are forgetting who they are, anxiety, suicides, mental illness etc…. I pray that our eyes and hearts are turned to God. Let’s bring back flip phones (but add keyboards, cause texting on them was not easy lol)

The only social media I like is RU-vid I am in my 40s I didn't grow up in social media it was a lot better people were less isolated and busy just to be busy I quit fb a few years ago and I don't like Snapchat or TikTok or Instagram everyone wants to be famous on social media too many people want to be followed on social media the cell phones have hurt more than they have helped
