Kels, boring would be a word I would ever use. I literally wait to watch your vids/blogs so I can give my FULL attention and they go by fast as in it doesn’t matter if you make a 20-minute or 2 hour video. So, never boring. 😊

Dear Kelsie, thank you very much for inspiring me and my mother to open a crochet small business and we love watching your videos.They have gotten me through hard times such as the fact that my grate grandmother is suffering from stage four lung cancer. It has been hard and you have helped me through it and crochet has been my escape along with the fact that my crochet got me picked on at school and other things got me picked on to the point where I do home school now. And the one and only thing that has gotten me through it is you so thank you for being you❤❤
Closing special orders for December is a great idea. That way nobody places an order hoping it will arrive in time for Christmas and if you get a lot of sales on Black Friday, hopefully you'll be able to get them done before the New Year!

If having a Black Friday sale is something you still would like to have this year, closing your shop in November would be good to have customs closed to have an in-stock sale on your site!!

Idea: when you turn off custom orders maybe you could put up some like “color” packs of scrunchies that are like 3 scrunchies in 3 different but matching colors! That way people can order 2 of the same or 3 of different colors and not so many custom orders!
My favorite soonge bob was where he stole the balloon and was so consumed by guilt that he exiled himself ( along with patrick). Patrick at all the food ( of course) so spongebob decided to go back and turn himself in and accept his punishment, only to find out that it was FREE BALLOON DAY! It was so funny but poignant at the same time.
A solution for the spread sheet!!! Write the skeons you use down in your notebook and then put it in all at once!!! No havong to do it every time you use one!

I just do not understand ETSY, and I do not want to lose money because I do not understand how to do something. I get shipping ideas easily as my husband is a USPS employee, I just need to understand how to create your own page and the best options for it. I love your content and would enjoy being able to make sales on my own instead of through a middle man.
