Technically Peach and Daisy should count since the FS does do damage, and they do put kirby to sleep

That's not entirely true. They did put him to sleep, but Kirby didn't get damaged by the lava at all.

I’m pretty sure that’s why there was no percentage on the bottom, because the damage didn’t matter The challenge was to get Kirby out of his initial spot

I dont understand why Peach/Daisy doesnt count, if they make Kirby fall sleep and also takes damage, Link couldnt hit so no damage, they didnt hit Kirby but did damage. So i dont know whats the difference.

For Peach and Daisy, their Final Smash has a hitbox, and Kirby was in the hitbox. For Bayonetta, did you try her forward or up/down special to activate it? For Sora, wouldn't it hit if he was closer?

1st i know meta knights final smash includes a hit box on the x he creates i just dont remember the range but im sure its far enough 2nd. Pressing b on marth and lucinas final smash will activate the attack even if there is no enemy so i they can probably do it to but i dont remember the range

A lot of final smashes are helping kirby by freeing him from the lava wall, and as we all know, kirby has no depth perception or knowledge of the Z axis (smash ultimate came out before kirby and the forgotten land so this kirby does not know what the Z axis is)
