I’m placing some notes here incase you’re curious: - Even without the walls, Mario, Dr. Mario and Ryu wouldn’t be able to do it. - Ness & Lucas probably can do it, but require godlike RNG. - Lucario can do it, but requires high amounts of aura. (Yes, aura quantity does boost the final smash.) - Shulk can do it if (and only if) buster art is enabled. (Shulk’s final smash damage and knockback gets affected by the monado arts if active.) - Ken’s Shinshoryuken final smash deals more damage with mashing, but I don’t think even that can save Ken here. - Wii Fit Trainer was not shown in this video, though I believe they can do it, I’m not so sure though. - Rosalina & Luma can do it, however they need to be really close to Kirby, and it’s easier to do if they are on a platform just below where Kirby is standing or if the Kirby is on a platform above Rosalina. - Kazuya can’t do it on small or short characters like Kirby, Pichu or Jigglypuff, however, on a taller character like Bowser, Donkey Kong or Chrom, he deals more damage, as an additional note for this, his final smash deals more or less damage depending on how far away you are from Kazuya when hit, so Kazuya can potentially only succeed if the final smash is on a big and tall character and they are close to kazuya rather then far away. Other notes: - Bayonetta failed due to the need to attack to trigger it, however, lets just say hypothetically she triggered it while in this case the Kirby was at around 50 HP, then she can do it, but mashing is required. - Bowser Jr. can do it as well, HOWEVER, it abuses a glitch so I would call it cheating and not count it, but if you’re curious (for whatever reason) Bowser Jr.’s final smash deals more hits on a slower game speed, so setting the game speed to half will be enough to kill Kirby, assuming you have good RNG (though custom stages are disabled in custom smash so in practice you will only ever be able to do this on a normal stage.)

Shulk could have used buster monado art to win, you can acess it while you have your smash meter up by shielding + neutral special. It actually makes a huge difference

Interesting how characters from games before Final Smashes were introduced tended to fail more often than not, but characters from the games which had Final Smashes tended to succeed more often than not. Might be a correlation.

Interesting to see how many Final Smashes focus on launching power more than dealing damage. They really are meant as a finisher, after you've already been dealing damage.

I think if you used the Smash Ball instead of the Final Smash Meter, some of these characters could actually make Kirby suffer the full 50HP.

In the case of Bayo, why not offset Kirby's HP by increasing it with the required HP for Bayonetta's regular attacks so that the FS triggers. That way, we can see if it would be enough to take down Kirby at 50 HP?

Could you make a video with the opposite challenge? Who can launch 50 hp (going up) Kirby to his death with a final smash? And with kirby's ai on recovery mode, so he'll try to get back on the stage. I know some smashes can launch to death at 80 hp, I don't know what it's called, not hp. The damage that goes up and makes you easier to launch.

We Know that Final Smashes from FS Meter deal less damage than from the Smash Ball, some characters would have dealt 50%+ damage if it was from a Smash Ball and it is fresh.
