Not only shoes on the counter, they also touched the bottom of their shoes with their hands. I suppose they could've stopped down and washed their hands during a camera angle change, but I'm not quite sure that it happened. I was definitely not expecting something like that from those two in particular.

I love Sorted as well and was so happy with their recent collaboration. However, when he mentioned "other IPs" when talking about the Mystery Box, I'm pretty sure Josh was referring to Chopped on Food Network. (My first thought when I heard Mystery Box was definitely Sorted but I very quickly realized he was talking "bigger" than them.)

Vi reminds me of one of my coworkers from back in the day at the office, she was so cool, we would get jack in the box teriyaki bowls on lunch some times or go n have some drinks at one of the nearby pubs on mainstreet. we even went partying a few times together and shared a bottle of hennessey. One of the only like... 3 or 4 people i met on a job that i ever went out of my way to see outside of work across the like 10 jobs ive had since i was 17. Good times

One quibble. Detroit-Style Pizza has the sauce going OVER the cheese. So it's dough ->Cheese-> Sauce. Toppings are also typically under the sauce, but it's okay if they're on top. Cheese used is Wisconsin Brick, not Mozzarella and goes all the way to the edge of the pan to create a frico. So not really Detroit-Style, just call it a Pan Pizza.

Pro-Tip: Play at 50% speed and they all sound drunk, which makes the dialogue make a lot more sense, and Trevor will be moving slow enough for the human eye to track.

Pierogi would have gotten a creativity point for "staying true" to the ingredients. Adding them as toppings on an essentially pre-prepped pizza would annoy whatever chef is the simon cowell of the judging panel. There is also usually a Link on the panel who hates at least one common ingredient, say onions perhaps which will tank a team.

I need to see josh judging on an episode of TopChef!! It’s my favorite show ever. If anyone hasn’t watched it, I can’t recommend enough. It’s so good!! It’s on Bravo tv in the US and Hulu has the earlier seasons.
