Both looked good to be honest, coach's technique was similar to what I saw when I worked at a pizza restaurant, but his wife had a great concept doing the pizza bites. If you're in a rush for time, Naan bread could be used also, just brush it with olive oil, and pesto before adding sauce if you can't make the dough ahead of time. As usual, you guys made me laugh thanks 😊
