yes i agree there are muppet car drivers but there are also muppet truck drivers yes safety and safety education on both side , i drove a truck for about 15yrs so i do get it .intresting vidios thankyou .
I'd happily help the government with a few suggestions for educating car drivers on how they can help large vehicle drivers and the dangers surrounding what large vehicle drivers have to deal with. Especially from a bus driver perspective which I have a little bit of experience of. I definitely used to think I was a good driver before I started to learning how to drive a bus. I now drive a little differently but now can pick up on the clues a bus is about to move away better than I used to. When it comes to trucks I do think I've always been somewhat considerate and I'm definitely aware if I'm halfway through a mistake that I have to commit to or when it is safe to cancel the mistake. When driving a bus and I'm around a truck I try to let the truck get past me as I'd rather be behind a truck at a safe distance than in front of it, next to it or in any blind spots that I might fall into.
Brilliant Becky. You should explain what the certificate of professional competence or (CPC) is, and what happens if you fail the test. Thanks Becky take care. ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️🐄👍
It should be part of your driver and test, i spent ages with my daughter saying things like "don't go down there you'll get squashed" and "give them a couple of seconds head start you'll be able to see more, and if they stop suddenly they won't be sitting on your bonnet". she enjoys telling me about the near misses she's witnessed by idiot drivers!
You would be better off putting a VR station together and ETS2 for truck safety and education, never know it may even have multi benefits to the industry to.
y do you feel Milton Keynes becky , I live here and have lived here now for o ver twenty yr and bot once have I been hbekld up in traffic I live smack bang in middle of the city and with it being on a grid system you won't get a better road net work system
Why when we had a major change to the Highway Code in March 2023 was there not a TV campaign explaining the changes. Back in the 60/70s there was several TV campaigns on changes ie seat belts crash helmets and the green cross code. They may have been a bit naf but they got the message out to the masses. Nowadays cost is an issue. Stay safe Becky
