@@AB_7092 I don't listen to much of his music, but he had some good verses on some tracks I heard. My favorite is Bill ft. Earl Sweatshirt. Both verses are really nice. I also like New Faces V2.
Yeah everyone reading this should go checkout the pharcyde. Like bone thugs but more jazzy. Kinda sound like pro era as well. Don’t know how else to explain them no other groups do them justice.
I was not expecting the MMLP out of Tyler, especially considering that there is homophobic language. Tyler must know that Em doesn’t actually hate gay people.
in my opinion hip hop is the new folk. It's the voice of the oppressed and speaks to all levels of society. Still though, Bob Dylan is yet to be surpassed by any artist so far imo :)
The bizarre ride to the pharcyde is amazing, it was like 4/5 guys just messing about as if they didn't take rap seriously. They memed the shit out of "hardcore" gangsta rappers at the time in several skits (such as jigaboo time) They literally had a track called "ya mama" with 4 minutes of "your mama so fat..." jokes 😅, and it turned out incredible. I love the jazz beats they used, such a vibbeeeeee, they were on some west coast ATCQ shit. Kanye has good taste. I highly reccomend this album to anyone with a pulse.
