Great takes. I just finished my series 3 collection and will probably be making most of the same decisions as you. Week 3 is definitely the best value. I think Scorn will be the card of the month and make discard even more fun and meta relevant. I may just spend tokens on her to keep my keys. I think anti venom is the most skippable new card from a lower collection level perspective. The risk reward factor is too high for how hard it is to gather the keys and tokens you’d be spending on it. I can think of so many other cards that would be better to grab.
@Bongkaiii Grats on Series 3 complete! That is a grind. I'm hoping Scorn is good and I'm here for it, lol. I would consider keying scorn as well but I really want sebastian. Completely agree on anti venom.
I think for Scream and when you look at how her deck will build around her you've got a bunch of well-statted cards in the move disruption, 3/5 Spiderman/Polaris, 4/7 Stegron, 5/10 Aero, and 6/12 Magneto. The curve is there, I'm assuming you can throw in Kingpin and Kraven for scaling. I think it's great for a good stats deck, but it only interacts by disrupting positioning, and will struggle vs Decks that go very tall especially right now with Hela meta
Misery seems like itll be played in rock hawk decks and hand clog ronin decks definitely an interesting alternative to absorbing man or wong and slightly more value with more board space
Shaw, Scorn, and Jean is the easy choice for my keys this season. Don't have any of those cards. I think I'm gonna token grab misery and then hopefully find some way to get Anti-Venom near the end. And I agree with the OTA. given that all Hela decks run Luke Cage, what does making everything she returns -3 do exactly?
@@D4REPlays oh yea man, my plan is to get Ravonna with my 3k tokens, just so I can cheat him out on turn 5 and play some ridiculous stuff on 6. I honestly think this might be a card for WWBN funny enough as an alternative finishing move (one lane is the big Wwbn, the other is Gorr with his super stats)😂
My planning Agent vemon: Season pass so good value OFC. Something to note is unlike cards that effect the deck like Pixie or Mister negative this card is overstated. That’s a new design territory we are headed. Not the best seasons pass but my goodness the deck building I am cooking has been so fun. I’m trying to do a Baast Agent vemon list. Scream: But we all know how good clog is and this is a different spin. It at least will gives life to older cards that are Fp2 friendly like Polaris, aero, and stegron. Tokens for me. Misery: I’m getting this not only because I don’t have namora(I fell for the war machine hype but look who’s laughing now). This unlike grandmaster clears up board space and will fit perfectly in clog. Hood White widow Debrii Misery Sounds good. I’m pulling with keys Scorn: I know not everyone is hot on this card but I sincerely believe when you realize the stats she gives it may legitimately replace swarm in discard like how Prox replaced Wolverin. Spending Tokens though. Toxin: Bounce card. Having another enabler that can also be a stat stick is unreal to me. Plus with Black swan you can go nutty things. We just need to find the right list. Also if Zabu gets buffed all the better. 4 keys because I don’t mind the variants. Anti-venom: mark my words once we find that combo this card will be insane and if iron lad shown us this can be a powerful effect. Plus the other cards are nice. Needed supergiant. 4 keys for me. Last card you didn’t mention but agony: Gonna place Hulkbuster in destroy as it won’t jank or brick your curve. If nothing else that’s good for me! Overall I’m very excited for this season’s card and I don’t think I ever have been previously.
@Blazecap Solid plan! Yeah I left out Agony and Agent venom since they technically don't use in game resources to get. I'm a little worried about Misery playing into Junk but we will just have to see how that plays out. You're probably right on anti-venom. Someone is going to put something together that ruins the meta, lol. I'm with you on the excitement! So many more cards this month I'm looking towards than last month.
I am incline to agree with you on the changes from the OTA, but the one that no one is talking about is Black panther. Im sure no one care for the card and all, but I believe it is way better now than before. It’s technically a 2 power increase from him, making him a good user for Skaar decks, and overall changed the power output with combined with SSM
@LoganDash The buff to black panther, SSM and galactus felt weird. I'm just curious why because I don't feel like anyone was necessarily asking for them. SSM I get because for a season pass card he did feel a little underwhelming, and individually it's fine, but that's a lot of power added to a very specific deck that was very popular a couple weeks ago.
@@D4REPlays yea the changes to galactus and black panther were weird, but they kind of needed it. The timing was so awkward though, why couldn’t they have done it during the mid season update or the previous OTA ya know. But regardless I still think the black panther change is significant, you could have him in skaar decks and it’s a decent competitor against Hela
I'm getting Namora with keys, she's good even without Scarlet Spider. Otherwise, Anti-Venom and Toxin interest me the most. I wish I could get Scorn, but since I'm missing Proxima, Moddok and Corvus it might not be a good idea to spend resources there.
@cainenovak6131 Agreed. If I was ftp I think I would focus only on missing series 5 cards that are known powerhouses. The current system punishes you for wanting the new card because they could turn out bad and then a whole month resources is wasted.

@@camerondkent1 Thanks so much! It's hard because they are always adjusting cards so powerhouses come and go. I think a great one to keep an eye out for though is Arishem. He is a deck all by himself and dont think he will be nerfed anytime soon. Another thing to do is figure out an archetype that you really enjoy playing (I chose Destroy and Zoo) and start planning out the cards you need to fill those out. If you have one in mind let me know and I can help with what those cards would be.
Personally - get misery/scorn and skip the rest.. Toxin is a must for all bounce players.. but I hate bounce and scream is great for "move your opponent deck" but her deck doesn't exists right now. Personally - I'm saving for frigga spotlight. Friga herself is mid but the other cards are must for early p4 player
@johnnythedark3090 Agreed. Hela was one of my first decks and I have always been of the opinion it's a great new player deck. Teaches how and when to snap and should be relatively meta relevant. It's the response of overwhelming junk that I'm not a fan of.
I just completed Season 3 with the receipt of Adam Warlock 🥱 My last 5 Series 3 cards I received were: Adam Warlock, Green Goblin, She-Hulk, Maria Hill, and Polaris. Hope you get that Black Panther soon 🤞
@Armitage5hanks Adam warlock is actually not a bad one to wait till the end for lol. Missing She-Hulk as well so fingers crossed on her. Also Congrats on completing Series 3!
@@D4REPlays thank you! Love the content from the viewpoint of someone who doesn’t own every card. I finally saved up 6000 tokens and think I’m going to try get Wiccan, whom I didn’t open for because insufficient keys at the time.
