@@ownahometv Thank you so much for your reply, much appreciated. Wale did not deliver the homes to some landlords and collected additional monies from some before their homes were delivered. He did not provide some of the Home owners with their documents and this is an ongoing struggle. He is yet to complete the fence of the estate thereby exposing residents to external risks, the play area and the swimming pool facilities have been abandoned. Wale handed the management of the estate to the Exco last year when it became obvious that he could not provide the facilities he promised. He recently blocked off the water plant and electricity facilities because he said that the facilities belongs to him and he wants to be paid for residents to use the facilities. I do not THINK so, for example, a Real Estates companies should get every agent to sell their apartments, mansions FAST. LIMITED agents, hmmm. For example, look at China, MORE workers, FASTER the work is completed...
