To be fair, the US has a much farther reaching global impact than Ghana. People in most parts of the world will know the leaders of major world powers like the US, Russia, China, Germany and the UK. That being said, I don't know how much of an access to education the average citizen of third world countries like Ghana has, so I'm willing to withhold judgement.

In their defense I don’t know any of the African presidents and I’m guessing that English is not their first language. It was fun to watch ❤️❤️❤️ Most African people I know speaks 2-4 different languages.
Hot Hatch its a larger question. Africa was robbed naked for 400 years, slavery and the colonization was money. I don’t think Africa will be something in the time we’re alive. I believe in that western countries shouldn’t have influence in Africa. We should be able to come together and become something way bigger on our own

Yes, many (black) Americans do know Ghana exists, especially since it is the country making primary efforts for the return of descendants of the slave trade to the African continent. This comment is is meant to show hypocrisy but it’s actually gross. These videos show that both peoples clearly don’t know enough about each other.
I’m an American teenager, it doesn’t take much geography to know where Ghana is although we didn’t talk about Africa in school (learned every continent except Africa + Australia )so we would have to do our own research and most Americans aren’t interested

Some Nigerian reporter way back in 2014 was on streets of near Hollywood asking passers-by if Africa was a country or continent and most of the couldn't tell and neither could they mention 5conutries in Africa. Only three people out of twenty he asked got the answers right.
It does not mean the word ' I don't know' does not exist in Ghana. But the truth is, the show does not start when the questioner meet the people going then he stops them. But when he meet you, he'll first of all make sure of your name and give you the whole picture of the program and tell you to try to answer any thing that you know, just to entertain his viewers base on their ignorance.
