In my homeplace OTHAYA...i got tapped water electricity n tarmac n murram good roads...thanks alot MWAI KIBAKI. Public schools wa in good order...few residents worked in statehouse n in gov't. He was da BEST n still da BEST leader even in his DEATH🕊🕊🕊
