I think it's hilarious that they made a huge spectacle of leaving to become hollywood billionaires right before the pandemic. Everything has been bad timing and in bad taste for them. The queen dying just before the clip of M mocking her went viral. Just sweet justice. At least Catherine is comfortable wearing the same gowns again and not rubbing her wealth in everyone's face. Trademark registration (R) takes at least a year and likely 2 in the US as the PTO is so backed up. As a marketer I have handled through an Attorney or legal dept many trade and service marks. The first step is filing to protect then using TM on first usage inmaterials.

It's not a coincidence that they suddenly changed their last names recently and launched the new instagram today. She thinks she can capitalize on the negative press that Catherine is receiving right now. She forgets that the royals are being defended by the public, especially on social media. Jumping on that bandwagon is going to backfire on her. She doesn't have the followers needed to be a real influencer. Last time I checked, the followers count is around 270k. That's very low considering the heavy promotion of it. Keep in mind that she purchased some of them and she still has a small base. She also turned off comments and you can't see the likes, which is usually bad for engagement and sponsorships. How does she expect to create a brand if the potential customers can't communicate? She is also not going to be paid the kind of money celebrities like the Rock, the Kardashians or Taylor Swift can command. She's nowhere near that and I think she's going to be very disappointing by what will be offered to her. Of course she's going to run into legal problems. Nothing she does is ethical or original. She has already been stopped before.

You obviously know nothing. The king has no control over their titles. It is our gov who are currently going through the long process it needs. They cannot take away Prince. He was a born a Prince. It wont make any difference. It wont stop them. And Charles is a very poorly man at the moment. And cutting off your own child is the hardest thing in the world. I know.

Going down the merch route means that they cannot return to royal duty as the real royals are funded from the public purse and it would be a conflict of interest. She will merch Diana by finding reasons to drop her name in the mix. Charles Spenser will have something to say about that. I am always amazed at how naive and immature she is. Plus I have heard read out everything her brand is suppose to do, and it is too broad for a distinct trademark seeing as their are similar named branding already out there. It doesn't have to be the whole name to be mistaken. This gets you shot down real quick, and the government is very picky with trademarks. There was a court battle not that long ago at least in trade marking and branding terms; where an upstart company copied just enough of another little famous brand that the upstart was not only shut down, fined to oblivion, but had to destroy all and everything with the branding on it. It did not go well for the upstart. Her signature brand looks awfully familiar, some small royal house brand non British, but when I was into this, it was way before internet, and only found in very old books you could only look at for an hour at the main library with supplied gloves.

M has been doing this type of sponsorship for years now. Affiliated links are on nearly every website now. That's why she walks around parking lots in the middle of summer with a heavy coat and scarf on. How do you think page six and the ny post immediately have all of the links to buy her outfits and a whole article written about it? It's all paid promotion. Dior has made it clear they are not associated with her. No, they can't stop her from wearing their clothes, but their list of official brand ambassadors are featured all over their official site and social media pages. She's not there.

I would like to know the truth about Meghan’s abilities when Thomas Sr. was raising her. I think she struggled in school academically & had difficulties developing friendships.
