Holy moly this was fantastic! most short films I get bored in the first minute and I stop watching but this had me intrigued even the prequel was amazing! you just totally blend in and became the character great work!
Bro!! you all melt into the characters! it took me seconds to recover from the fact that you were not an actual radio jockey and some scenes were actually very well portrayed. I can only imagine how much work you all put into writing the plot and thinking of all the ideas (specially the one with a mentally disordered mother and her daughter)! Now I'm waiting for the next one! 👏👏👏😁😁
This is great! Reminded me a lot of French new wave, I wonder where the stylistic inspiration come from. Reminds me a lot of Jules et Jim, 400 blows etc. I especially liked how things kept getting more absurd, and only then did it appear normal, not sure if that makes sense. Would suggest you to share it across sub reddits like r/filmmakers and r/shortfilms and other subreddits, these can be a treasure trove of feedback. This was thoroughly enjoyable! Salut!
Thank you so much, I am glad you liked it. Cinema wise , I think Polish films from the late 90's and early 2000's were a big inspiration for me here. But I totally see how it reminds you of French New Wave. Also , Abbas Kiarostami's films also have affected me in the recent past , I feel. Will be sharing it on reddit for sure. Thank you again 😊
