I really think that Griffen is going to do the best in this system. I think he stands to benefit the most for everyone else around him. But no matter who it is, this is going to be a very fun year.

I believe that this team will be very difficult to guard. I think early you'll still see teams double Hunter until we prove we are a threat from 3. We will be, and by the time conference comes around our O will be humming. I think we get back to the days of anyone can get 20 on any given night. However, when push comes to shove, Hunter and Storr will be the bucket getters.

Agree to disagree... the biggest reason KJ did not work in that lineup is because he was not doing things a PF is supposed to do. For instance, REBOUND!!! And, yes, if KJ can just rebound as an average starting Big 12 PF, then he will be fine starting. Now, if he can become an even better finisher when being challenged at the rim. Then he becomes better than fine. If, dare I say, he develops a 10-15 knock-down, baseline, jump shot... the kid will be electric... a whole new player. The fans will going WTFudgesickles?

Kj is our ultimate glue guy.. Hunter, Storr, griffen, and Zeke are the talent, Harris is our leader… Passmore and Bidunga are high potential players in the future.. also what are everyone’s thoughts of Clemence??

I really think that Clemence will take a step up this year, Self said his confidence has grown and his game with it. If Zach can play freely like he did in HS, he can really stretch the floor at times and give KU a different look. Hopeful he will provide some solid minutes off the bench and be an energy guy.

Clemence is kind of a wild card, isn't he? He could sort of disappear on the roster the way he did two years ago (I will continue to offer that the chance he got to perform two years ago was insufficient), or he could be a straight Zinger and put this offense over the top into super territory. With his length and shooting, he could build his perimeter defense ability and be a wonderful surprise 4.

Clemence, assuming it all comes together for him and he comes close to his potential.. at 6’10, he wld be a incredible backup for Hunter and Kj.. if he cld get to the point of being a “poor man’s” Coleman Hawkins, which I think wld be amazing, I think he will get 15-20mins a night, it wld be almost impossible to keep him off the court .. wonder how his defense has come along .. he is a wild card to me.. he cld be a similar type of player as Coleman Hawkins, which wld be great, or he’s what he’s been the last couple years.. a 6’10 shooter, that will benefit our big men in practice, defending a big man that can shoot.. so either way I think he helps the team a lot, in many different areas

I like Nick’s take, he’s a true Kansas fan, just like most of us, he just says what he believes.. as much as I dnt like agreeing with Nick, a lot of the time he is spot on with his takes… he plays a great devil’s advocate, you knw why he does?? Because we are here talking about it and talking about his opinions, so he wins 😂😂

I would quit inviting nick schwerdt he always has something negative about KJ Adam’s to say. Like was you saying any of this 💩 when he was starting his whole sophomore year being the 5 man?? No nick wanted to get on KJ because he didn’t make it look like it worked with him and Hunter

UConn has 11 players that would start for Kansas, and Kansas has 0 players that would start for UConn. Congrats on the cheating win last year against UConn. Put up a banner for it. Coaching comparison is laughable. No one thinks self is big time coach.

Chase Buford is being groomed to take over from Bill Self. No reason to say this. Just throwing it out there. Chase was a very good coach for the Sydney Kings in the NBL (Australian basketball league. He was coach for two seasons for back to back championships.
