I don't comment often on Mike's videos, or the ones we do together, but I just want to say thanks for having me Mike! Honestly I close my eyes half the time during gigs, and just listen through my in-ears. I wish you all could hear everything like I do up there on stage...it kind of rocks :) I'm having a blast, and I look forward to whatever I get to contribute to in the future. And I hope you all get a chance to check out a live gig! "Cover the music, cover the world." That's so awesome. I think so many musicians see cover bands/projects as either a "gateway" to their career writing and performing original songs or as just a hobby (ie, easy and fun way just to get a few gigs), BUT I think it's great that you have found your calling as a cover artist, which is exactly that: an art form. And you, sir, are a master of it! Love seeing your interpretations of great music.
2018, I recently stumbled upon the Masse and Hall cover Scarborough Fair/Canticle. I left a comment and continued listening to Mike Masse (et al) covers for a couple days. Then I received a response from Mike Masse. He is talented and fairly famous yet he took the time to respond and that lifted me. Every single day of every year...someone is being lifted by Mike Massee's music.

It has been wonderful to experience the incredible variety of music that Mike has covered over the years. It is totally amazing to me that mike is not known everywhere....his voice is incredible....his guitar playing is great...i am just happy that i found him some years ago and i've been enjoying his music all this time...
You are really good and have been blessed with a lead vocal range to cover most songs. I would love to do what you are doing but I was blessed with a bass voice so I end up doing a lot more quartet music. Keep up the good work.

Never heard of Mike Masse until tonight. Wow. Everything I heard in this video was top notch. As good as or better than the originals. How could anyone dislike anything he's done? Hard to believe he was ever anything other than a musician, as great as he is at it.
