Also, montegue stole his diamond medallion originally and it makes sense for him to want to steal all the medallions. Valeria, nisha and Oscar which is valid reason to target the whole society and not just Valeria’s Ruby. Maybe Peter griffins medallion too if you wanna count that.

Also in the image where he reveals the society logo, nisha, Valeria, and Oscar and not in that crowd. Why would they not be there if they’re the main 3 society members?

Valeria is a direct antagonist to Hope, and is a pseudo-antagonist (meaning she is an antagonist, but not necessarily the main one) against Jones. Hope wants to get rid of The Society, specifically Valeria, but is very hesitant and indecisive to do so because Valeria is Hope's sister. Jones simply wants to rescue and avenge Peely; in order to do so, he would have to go against The Society. Valeria is going to be a catalyst for the Society vs Underground/Helios Revolution, but Montague is just the leader of the Society and will potentially be main antagonist later on. Both, while very crucial, have their differences (ultimately Valeria having more in-depth lore against Hope), concluding that she deserves that 100 spot

Valeria manipulates Fire, Montague manipulates Diamond... I get why you theorize that Montague would want to steal fire, considering he's a thief, but Valeria has an ever-increasing hunger for knowledge and likely has better control over her power and intelligence. She could very well take Montague's spot if it weren't for his success, but since they're all working together as The Society, I don't think they'd want to subtly put each other down. I mean, they're all these different corporations that are putting a monopoly to Helios itself. Peter Griffin is just doing his own thing and has an entire POI dedicated to idolizing him, but the rest have something special to themselves company wise. Montague has his hotel, Nisha sets out jousting/fencing matches and farms Flowberry, Valeria owns Reckless Railway and the entire train system, and Oscar has a factory dedicated to welding, blacksmithing, and weaponry. They simply want to maintain their power over the island, and Hope doesn't want this to happen (alongside some personal reasons with Valeria that may tie to this)

Also, check their themes out. There's a RU-vid video out for it. Apparently, every society member's themes derive from Montague's original theme, except they have their special quirks and motifs to it. Montague's the original, Oscar has the clanging of metal, Valeria has her Spanish heritage and culture make an influence to their music + guitar, Nisha has hindustani classical music integration, and peter griffin has a cartoony take on Montague's theme. This further proves Montague is the original member of the society and will likely keep his placement; if he were to challenge Valeria, he would likely lose his power very quickly, considering how much potential and knowledge Valeria concieves, with the addition of her experience being a Society member.
