That’s right, very unfortunate but nothing unusual. What happens is that being a millionaire does not mean being intelligent and most of these characters are of limited intelligence. Normally they do not read, if you notice, they do not speak more than one language, they are only educated just and necessary to fulfill a role within a group like them. They never leave their bubbles because they are always over protected by their families and friends. Morals feel soft because they can give themselves all the pleasures they want and as they are millionaires the "bad morals" are knocking their own doors. Believe it or not, these guys are not lived, they have no experiences either through reading or through walking life. When they fall they do not even know that they fell, because they do not see that they were doing something improper and therefore they do not feel remorse therefore don't offer apologize which is the case of Andrew.
