Hyolyn was often called Korea's "Beyonce", especially with some of her solo projects, but she was known for being in Sistar (which in Korean some people say it like "Shistah", which doesn't sound so... nerdy as "Sis-TAR", I guess? lol.) She's one of those artists that really should be one of the biggest artists in the world. Her voice is amazing, and Sistar was known for doing most of their dancing in heels, to the point that one was severely injured falling on a slippery stage. It kind of went viral before kpop blew up in the U.S.

Hyolyn is a veteran female K-pop idol. Was in a group called SISTAR over 10 years ago. She is now the CEO of her own company, she sings live with power, raps, dances, produces, writes, composes, edits her own videos. Her live stage performances are amazing!
