The Parliament is not supreme. They make laws for the benefit of the people. It is the Supreme Court that ensures the the any law formulated by the Parliament does not impede the rights of individuals and the people and the correct interpretation of the Constitution is enforced or the Supreme Court can strike down laws which do not give the correct rights to the people and give a disadvantage or are unfair.the rights of people.

Normally in Pakistan an old office bearer is functional until a replacement takes over. PM, President, Speaker and others are examples. PTI office bearers has same right. During delay in Provential elections the care taker government continued. It has been an accepted procedure or practice for PM, President, Speaker and similar important positions . Parties do follow it. ECP knows these facts.

سیٹھی صاب۔ غلط بات کر رہے ہیں۔ عدلیہ حکومت خلاف فیصلے نہیں کر رہے ہیں۔ وہ انصاف کے تقاضے پورے لر رہے ہیں۔ آپ ہمیشہ سے مقتدرہ اور ن کے چمچے رہے ہیں۔ ویسے ہی گورنر اور pcb کے چیٸرمین نہیں بنے۔ فضول اول فول کر رہے ہیں ملک تباہ ہو رہا ہے ایک ادارے کی زاتی انا کی وجہ سے۔ میرے ملک کی اللہ حفاظت فرماۓ۔ آمین

Shameless character u r, put the whole blame on judiciary, not on those who challenge it and and want ro rule this country with the might is right rule, law of jungle.ur bias infavour of sharifs is so overwhelming that u have lost whatever respect u had left after serving their interest as caretaker cheif minister punjab.😢
