@@krl3367 That's true and what's really interesting is that there are many great new gen OPM artists now (Arthur Nery, Juan Karlos, Zack Tabudlo, to name a few). It's good traction that the world is finally recognizing Filipino talents and artistry with varying genres at that. If you like RnB, I'd reco SB19's I Want You. Imma go back to listening Dionela's catalog along with SB19 and their solo songs too.

SB19 is not just idols. They are song-writer, producer, choreographer, creative director on their own. For the group mostly Pablo do the writing of their songs. But individually,they are all do their music from songwriting to producing. Not to mention that they are all singers, rappers and dancers.

I'm a fan of SB19 & BINI also of Dionela. This is what Philippine Music is, they're also composed, write & sing their own songs. Live performance is a must if you are a performer here in the Philippines. If I compare PPop vs KPop, I'll choose PPop of course not just because I'm a Filipino but because of their capability to sing through LIVE vocals while dancing that many KPop artists right now can't do.

As a group, no one can beat SB19 when it comes to live vocals. They have never lip synced on their entire career. It would have been so better to listen to their ballad songs like Ilaw and liham or their R&B song I want you. They are the most complete group today. To top it all off, they write, produce their own music, direct their music videos, and is self managed. I can’t think of another group that’s doing that right now.

I think if comparing which is better between solo and group, it should at least be the same style songs for each group, like ballad to ballad, pop to pop, r&b to r&b. You can't really compare SB19's WYAT to Dionela's Sining. One is an upbeat and the other is slower. Also, you really can't compare a soloist to a group. But I'm an A'tin, so I'd choose SB19 😊😂

I prefer listening to G22. The girls' lower register is more powerful and more pleasant to the ears and they sound more unique. SB19, there is no comparison, they are on their own level and will continue to be for years to come whether they are performing or not. I hope they can run like Forest Gamp so they could catch up because SB19 has ran a long way already and had survived the rough roads along the way that’s why they are where they are now. SB19 is the best for me because they not only sing so well live, they also write all their songs and produce them. Dionela writes good songs too (Sining is his best in my opinion, that's why it is so popular) but what I heard from him are all R&B. SB19 and BINI have more variety in their repertoire but BINI don't write their own songs. All of the 3 featured artists are good live performers.
