Who Is The Fastest Skykid? 

Second place here. Since the event has ended, i could share some of my competitive secrets: - if you're on mobile iOS, turn your graphics to battery saver mode, somehow it makes you move way faster, but you'll loose control of speed faster as well. I don't know if this works on other devices. - literally keep drifting. You want to tilt your sky kid as close as possible to the ground while making a turn, but not too much that you break the speed you've been building up. This point is hard to explain over text, but it is obvious to see it when you replay the fastest runs, I think all three of us did that. - i found that air time isn't good for controlling after the next time you landed, and you'd want to go over the two bumps in the track with timed jumps that minimises staying in the air. Jump just about 1/2 second before you hit the bump and you'll go over it smoothly and you can have more control over the directions in my experience. it might also save you some milliseconds, but it might not. Also while you're going at break-neck speed under battery saver, "jumping" at the last decent into the finishing flag is inevitable, as sky kids seem to have the physics of a glider, and the inverse force from air beneath will almost always lift it up. Don't ask me why I know this much about a race that will possibly never come back again, you don't want to know how many attempts had gone behind the scenes...

I'm not gonna lie, this might be one of the best events you’ve conducted on your Discord server, KK! It's really amazing seeing everyone competing with each other to see who has the fastest lap time. It felt like watching a car racing event on TV and you're rooting for someone to win haha 😂 I had a lot of fun doing the rainbow race, even though I kept sliding off the race track, which was so frustrating. My phone was also lagging a lot while I was recording, but I still enjoyed it regardless! I was not expecting my best lap time would be 46 seconds, which I’m still amazed of how I did that 😆 Also, your best lap time of 54 seconds is still good KK! Everyone in the video did amazingly well too, especially Renofumi and Trav, who got 45 seconds! Congrats to you guys!! I can’t wait for more fun events like this one 🥺💖

🎉🎉 Congratulations on getting sub 60s KK I think 55s is decent enough and you should feel proud of yourself! This is something you worked on and absolutely deserves recognition! Also congrats to everyone who participated! I had fun watching from the sidelines since I can't record on my console

Here in 45 seconds of posting this video ... and still not as fast as the fastest Skykid in this Discord server, holy Eden. I didn´t even compete once lap times went under 50 seconds because there´s NO WAY I´d beat that without missing the checkpoints. I was able to only get under a minute. 😆

good job to all the participants and congrats to CESQ, Trav and Nallen. this is by far the best event and it shows that everyone is very competitive and had a lot of fun. how about we race in the Valley of Triumph for our next hangout?? haha 5:36 you watch f1 too?? this is one of the best moments in Canada GP and is by far the best race of the season. so much action happened. cannot wait for Hungary GP.
