While I don't think that these groups technically NEED a leader, it was pretty clear to me from the beginning that Ririka is the clear choice as the leader as she's the one who gets things done. Hell, it was Ririka who Pekora reached out to asking about getting in contact with Raden because she had her friend requests turned off. Ririka is also the one who seems to take the leader whenever they do things as a group. She also seems to have some of the best English among the JP members and was able to do a full collab with Bijou with seemingly no problems in understanding AND was able to quickly translate things between English and JP and vice versa.
Ririka by default. -Ao can't be leader after that freak out where her mom had to partially play a game for her. -Kanade can't be leader because her fondness of dad jokes is sus. -Hajime's cuteness is powerful, but getting drunk on 3% alcohol and cuddling with plushies isn't a good leader look. -And Raden probably owes people in the underworld and definitely still has underwear MIA, so she's compromised.
But if we go by that logic HoloX leader would be Lui since she's the responsible one. 😅 Ririka is the Lui of the group but who's the Lap+? Eitherway, ReGloss works best without a leader.
@@RejectHumanityReturn2Monke I don't think ReGLOSS has a La+. Hajime is cute and bold/ambitious, to the point of challenging and trash talking La+ 1-on-1 in competition, but she seems to be very mild-mannered and sweet when out of character, whereas La+ is generally described as a miscreant. And, sure, Raden is a miscreant, but I don't think she has La+'s dominant energy.

Oddly enough I think Ao is the most seiso right now, just for right now. She’s an artist so soon enough her tastes will be revealed and that might change that

And when Raden says clearly "誰" you used 'what' instead of 'who'. 担当 you'd probably want to say "representative" or "rep" for short (Seiso Rep).
