After the Spy Ninjas saw Agent Peters on the news captured and placed next to the Project Zorgo Leader's grave they drove to the News Station to find the raw video footage that shows the identity of the person who defeated Project Zorgo on September 4th. The Spy Ninjas learned the TV station is referring to this mystery person as the PZ Killer. The Spy Ninjas meet some weird people and realize there are more people looking to find and destroy the footage. What are on these tapes? Vy and Regina receive a strange mysterious phone call. A female voice, like the one on Tik Tok, gives them helpful instructions to navigate their way through the building and not get caught by men in suits.
