Hi Evan - it's Big Rodders in Ireland. Good luck with your recovery, don't rush it. As I told you earlier, I broke my knee 50 years ago and now it determines the limits of my activities. I continue to marvel at the performance of your splitter. Its is among the most impressive I've seen on RU-vid, particularly considering the $1500 price point. It also seems to me that a moving wedge is much more efficient than a fixed one when processing logs that require resplitting.
Hi Todd and Evan. New to the channel. Firewood Midwest sent me. Great videos and I do hope the best for Evan getting back to it. Todd, you looked to be a natural in front of the camera. Liked and Subscribed! WST
@@toddsoutsideagain Hi Todd, You have a great kid and I enjoy the videos. I would appreciate your support also. We are just getting going with the videos on our end. I do them with my 16 year old son. Thanks again and you will always have my support!
The Woodhound community will continue to support Whackin Axes 🪓 through this rough spot! We’re here now and when Evan gets better we will celebrate his return. Great job dad!
I like your new video yesterday you did a really good jop yesterday i hope you're son get the feeling better so he can get back too work on is wood good jop yesterday buddy
Evan, i know what it is lime to be laid up! Just take it easy heal up and you will be back better than ever! Thankfully, you have an awesome dad to help you out! That is great! Nice video that he produced!
Great job Todd good to see you out working for a change Lol 🍺🍺. Glad I can be a part of supporting you while you support ma ha ha🍺🍺cheers brother. Looks like your 290 is still running strong. How did the surgery go Evan? Hope all is well and your on the mend. Get well soon bud!!
Great video, I can see where Evan gets his work ethics from, I’m the same way, and taught my boys as well get the work done and clean up then it’s time to sit around a fire and have a Miller’s Lite or two like the fact that everything in the wood yard is usually very neat. You must be proud of the way he handles his little business, take care my friend, our prayers are with your family as the operation is done to Evan and the recovery process starts. God Bless
Gerry thank you. As they say the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree! I don’t like to work in a cluttered mess. So everything always gets cleaned up and put back in it’s place after work is done. Thanks for the support!
Whoaaaa Papa Whackin gettin it DONE in the woodyard!! Give me a Hell Yeah!!! Here I thought you were gonna come out of that garage door with a luchador mask on or something...hahahahaha Hope everything went well with the surgery and the road to recovery is off to a good start! 👍😃🍻
Believe me it crossed my mind Shifty! Surgery went well and Doc said recovery should be faster because the bone fractures were small enough to remove. So no second surgery.👍🏻👍🏻
Up to the 2min Mark I was thinking you would be like Mr Wilson from home improvement with Tim Allen.. Lol Great job.. Just be your self and you will be fine..😁👍
That was exactly what I was thinking as well. I had more intro taped and thought about that show. Evan had to edit it down because you would still be watching the video now🤣🤣
Well I have to say I’m a little bummed Todd. I watch the whole thing looking for something to rib you about and couldn’t find anything. 🤣 Awesome job on the first of many videos I hope. Get well soon Evan and don’t let the old man turn shy again after you get back at it. You two make a good team! 👍🏻
It definitely is a bummer being laid up with an injury when you've got work to do, he's a good hard working kid especially doing wood when some men have a hard time doing it. Glad to see your helping out during his time of recovery and just be yourself when filming you'll do just fine.. Best wishes to ya and a full recovery
Knee surgery is pretty advanced these days, and hopefully your not too banged up and they can fix you up with a minimally invasive surgery. Nice video dad you did a good job raising your boy he seems to be a good kid with a great work ethic and you helping him out im sure means alot to him
@@WhackinAxes nice you'll bounce back quick your still young man, I busted my leg all up about 10 years ago jumping my dirt bike I was 25 yo and got a plate and some screws and was back raking blacktop about 6 weeks or so later if I did that now it may take a little longer to recover lol
Good stuff Dad whackin, I’m the same way about rounds in my wood area not split, that’s why I’m out most of the time. Hahaa. Take care Evan , see ya soon bud🍺👍
Even looks like your well on your way to raisin a good dad. It takes a special kid to train up a father to be so helpful. Dads these days just don’t understand how hard life is they just want to watch videos instead of making them. Again great job with the training and hope to see you back before dad tries to take all the credit for what you have built. Great video Todd 👍
