what'd you think of this Myriad Celestia Trailer?? Sparkle is def an interesting character to say the least and now I'm even more intrigued to see what her character leads to in the grand scheme of the story! leave a comment and lmk what you thought! ⬇⬇⬇

The mask goes from a veil to a reflection to an inversion. She plays a character, becomes a characters, and then the character makes a new person when she gets off the stage.

this trailer just made me like her even more.

This trailer looks like it teased a bit of Edo Star or Space Japan. Im digging the vibes of it ngl. Also this made me like Sparkle a lot more. Cant wait to get her in a few days.

one thing that can answer sparkle character is "What is Sparkle Elation?" Sampo Elation is "The manifestation of the Dignity of mankind" and Giovani the masked fool in belobog just like to make game. Knowing what sparkle elation would answer a lot and the only thing we know about is that it goes too far for Sampo taste

My theory that Sparkle might be the type of character that at the end will break ''character'' and act in a completely different way seems still plausible. Now the question is who's Sparkle and who's gonna break? The mask or the host?

I think there are some that missed out that the last 2 sections being the "Sparkle showing no.90" and "no.990" in the subtitles. She went from being part of the crew at the start into being an actor into being really self-aware with all the roles she played. She is saying "Why so serious?" As if she has encountered a similar situation before and got out of it so she wanted the next "act" to be more captivating for the audience. Sparkle with everyone else we seen felt out of place but now she has taken these "acts" into reality. We will have to see what's next, glad to plan on pulling on such an interesting character.

Dude your breakdown of Sparkle and her mask was pretty solid! Love the duality of this character. Can't wait to learn more, hopefully in the update. Great video!

Sparkle is all of us

I think it's her being mentally under pressure. She mentioned that her appearance offstage is irrelevant, and the fact that she had to perform the same thing 990 times + the mental pressure/thinking that the only thing that matters is the audience and her persona on stage, the line between her own personality and the persona she's playing started to blur. That's why at the end she was confused and said that she wasn't Sparkle, but in the end, she caved and thought that "No, I am Sparkle", finalizing the idea that her real persona is now the stage persona, on the stage that is life.

I think the fact that she's clearly got Mirai Nikki Yuko and Oshi no ko Ai vibes and the "premiere performance" and "Showing:xx", would mean that while she was once an actress when she was student, at some point she began pushing her emotions down and confusing them with the "Mask: Sparkle/Hanabi", letting it control her actions, before ultimately finding joy in "Elation", with the spider lillies in the trailer depicting her full separation/disassociation into her new identity as "Hanabi"(more easily seen in JP where she refers to herself as Hanabi aka her name)

I personally think what we saw was her evolution or descension to insanity. She was a Star, an Actress of some sorts and had to keep a smile all the time, then she found out the path all elation and thought of life as meaningless, no point in hiding you emotions anymore, hense the mask reflecting her. But later is her sadistic side, the mask being maybe how the distorted version she percives of the world, When she is Happy people are screaming (her enjoyment on her trickeries), when she is angry people is crying (she mistreats those who make her mad), when she is sad people is happy (she is so bad, that if she suffers people are happy) But that was like my first interpretation, we don't know anything more yet.

The first time around, the mask is “Sparkle”, and she is playing the role behind that mask; the second time around her inner self became Sparkle, the reflection of her is Sparkle; the third time around, the audience became “Sparkle”, everyone is Sparkle, and sparkle is everyone. That’s probably why she is so into turning into other people.

I think she likes to play a role then sees what people would response to her actions. By last question, "who's the real sparkle" means which one is her real personality. Just my humble opinion

I have an interpretation and a theory about this trailer, specifically about the "trilogy of Sparkle". In the first debut, her acting is a veil she could hide under. Her feelings are still her true self, and that true self was "Sparkle", the person. In the second part, her acting is synonymous with her feelings, therefore, what she projected on the stage was her true self. But in a way, not in its totality, only a reflection of who she is. "Sparkle" is, at this point, a projection of who she is, but not fully her. In the last part, which is the most interesting one to me: Her art has transcended her. The joy she expressed on stage sparks outrage, the rage she feels brings fear and terror, and her sadness brings happiness to the audience. A role play to perfection, her art is no longer her. "Sparkle" is an act that has no end, and the audience it entertains. The artist is no longer consequential. And all of that is being depicted by the Mask. There is an interesting thing you brought up is that the Mask could be Sparkle, and that persona has taken over who the actor underneath really is. That's pretty creepy if it is, but also pretty cool too. The theory is: Penacony might be Sparkle's "third act", since all we have seen in 2.0.1 is Sparkle eliciting outrage out of the Family and the invited parties at Penacony, and even us as players, all in the name of her joy, with the constant Joker reference of "Why so serious? 😄". What could be the "rage" and the "sadness"? The fact that we know that the story ends at 2.2 (which is 2 other patches) with the epilogue at 2.3 would corroborate this theory, but not necessarily validate it. In 2.0 we have and will be experiencing outrage, 2.1 might be fear and terror, and 2.2 might be happiness, or maybe relief would be a better word, with Sparkle playing all the parts necessary for us as the audience to experience. Can't wait for this crazy goober to fully send Penacony into a spiral! Shaoji do your thing!

My thought for this myriad is the ver 1 is real sparkle, the ver 2 is referring her fans, and the ver 3 is referring her haters. Idk, the vibe is giving me this idea haha
