She is example of what main vocalist should be atleast and that is in C tier. 2. Jeongyeon, C-, low average her supported range is A3-Bb4, she needs to support C5 4 times to enter mid average like Jihyo. 3. Nayeon, D+, high weak to average, she is becoming less shallow and more close to average tier than weak. 4. Mina, she is E, weak. Her support is really shallow. She is interchargable with Chaeyoung. Her supported range is Bb3/G#3(A4) 5. Chaeyoung, E, weak. supported range Bb3/G#3(A4) 6. Tzuyu, F+, undeveloped. She is really close to support she just needs fuller moments. Supported range is shallow and inconsistent. 7. Dahyun, F, non-vocalist. She recently improved she used to be below Sana. Supported range N/A 8. Sana, F, non-vocalist, supported range N/A 9. Momo, F, she is using JYP cute and airy tehnique. Dahyun used to be airy but she improved. She is nasal alot of times. Supported range N/A. The main reason she doesn’t get as many lines as the rest of the vocal line is because her voice fits the same role as Jihyo, but she has a major disadvantage. Kpop is obsessed with high notes and just hit keys in general. Twice choruses have often reached Eb5-F#5 which are far from easy notes for Jeongyeon. This is not the case for Nayeon or Jihyo. They both can reach F#5 consistently enough in recordings and have shown it live as well. They’ve even demonstrated G5s and Jihyo has some G#5s. Their ranges just fit the style of songs they’re going for much better than Jeongyeon and that’s why it’s often her or Jihyo, with Jihyo favored.

Chaeyoung is literally the 4th best vocalist in twice. People only vote their favorites so they shouldn't be given the chance to vote for the best one. Only critics , coaches and professionals should be the one to answer such questions.

Tzuyu has my favorite timbre in the group alongside Jihyo (funny enough both are dark sopranos if I'm not mistaken lol). I think Tzuyu can also hit some of the lowest notes out of the members, some parts from Tzuyu in songs like Go Hard, Conversation, Cry For Me, Handle It come to mind when I think of lowest registers or tones in Twice songs. Plus she can also do nice high notes and falsettos, she's got a good range. She's tied for 3rd with Jeongyeon in terms of highest non-head voice note out of the Twice members. She's made the most improvements since debut IMO.

I think if Dahyun had more vocals in the songs, she wouldn't be last. We can see in "Monster" that Dahyun can really hit high notes. But JYP only sees her as a rapper and maybe a vocalist who doesn't even show up properly. Dahyun's vocals are very underrated. (My opinion)

My fave clips of momo’s voice are from sixteen, when she wasn’t forced to change her voice. Her natural voice is deeper and really powerful. But the company forced her to change and sing higher keys. :(

I love that tzuyu was at 4th she is finally getting some recognization for her beautiful voice. She has really gotten better and better in every aspect after her debut ❤
Vocals isn't about sounding awesome. Dahyun's voice is pretty much flat and too airy. I'm not hating on her tho. Twice is my ultimate fav in Kpop. I have to say this because kpop fans are idiots. lol
We all agree in the top 4. Ever since what is love era and concerts tzuyu is really good. Specially in concerts shes the only one harmonizing and changing her melody too

i think nayeon is undervoted,altho she always gets the most lines,she has a really attractive tone combined with a strong vocal control.she can easily hit highnotes and she can use her headvoice so great.people always tryna underestimate her because she’s in the top3 every song apparently but its doesn’t change anything.
She’s no undervoted or underrated, that is her rightful place for her skills, she’s good but Jeongyeon and Jihyo are better. Nayeon had the most twice friendly vocal tone tho
@@aqsah14 she is undervoted. The difference between nayeon to jeongyeon is very small. And the gap between nayeon to Tzuyu is large. Still the votes are closer to tzuyu than jeongyeon. So yeah pretty undervoted
This my ranking tho (Explanation at the bottom) 1. Jihyo 2. Nayeon 3. Jeongyeon 4. Chaeyoung 5. Mina 6. Sana 7. Tzuyu 8. Dahyun 9. Momo I feel like this makes more sense. Chaeyoung have great vocals, and no, Chaeyoung isn't my bias, it's Mina. I would even argue that Mina might be under Sana instead. Actually, SaMiTzu can be jumbled. Dahyun and Momo takes those spots without problems, at least for me. Also, I don't really feel like Jeongyeon would top off Nayeon for the 2nd spot. She does have powerful vocals but it's the same with Nayeon in addition of more control, she's more stable and definitely a lot more confident. However, we could argue that Jeongyeon can really take the 2nd spot, the reason why she can't is because she probably doesn't receive that much training because she isn't being utilized as much as Nayeon and Jihyo with their music. But if she did, I would bet she can beat at least Nayeon in the vocal realm.
No Mina is DEFINITELY not under Sana. Sana is not even better than Tzuyu. Chae E, Mina E, Tzuyu F+ , Sana F Sana is a non-vocalist and Chaeyoung and Mina are considered weak vocalists. It’s Mina and Chae that are interchangeable. There is barely a difference between the two. Same thing with Nayeon and Jeongyeon. Sana is interchangeable with Dahyun and Momo. I mean there isn’t that much of a major difference, but Sana is definitely nowhere near even Mina’s level.

Hmm Dahyun should be over Sana, she’s more relaxed and has improved a lot while Sana hasn’t. And jeongyeon should be in 2nd place her tier is D+/C- while nayeon is D+ and no Sana isn’t better than Mina, tzuyu or Dahyun. Sana is most likely to be at 9th place for vocals if she doesn’t improve. Mina and chae are the same level.
I think all of them sound great. I'm not a professional vocal coach, and I'm not one to bother with tiers but all that matters to me is if they sound nice and can pull off their songs well. Momo In my opinion Tzuyu is an underrated singer she just gets less powerful sounding lines compared to others but after TTT prechorus she stood out.
