He took the case to court and the 3 judge ruled against him. He is the only one with a clear connect and a motive to commit this henoius crime. He may have obtained permission from Tsijkata to undertake that deadly mission. Tsikata is too smart to approve such a mission and have it carried out so unprofessionally

I do get your point brother but what i meant in my analysis was the fact that we were very young at that time and could not understand the situation but today i believe his jugement was fast forwarded to present him as the only one behind the killings. He died as a scape goat to save rawlings and kojo. This is what i meant by il jugement.
