The words "keeping it real" have gotten so many people killed, especially black men. These guys don't learn that once you get the money and fame you actually need to stay AWAY from the hood especially your old hood!!! Where a lot of people knew you when you had nothing and now they jealous and mad. You're not being 'fake' if you move to a gated community with cops that drive around the neighborhood. You're actually being smart.
Literally just spoke about this with my man. Why go back to the hood? You made it. Leave that shit behind for good. Because nothing positive ever comes from it.
Dolph was supposed to hand out Turkeys to the Memphis community on Friday. He always helped out his home town, even donating $25,000 dollars to his high school. Such a sad and hate filled world we live in where murder is a common thing. RIP
Yall still fall for the turkey sham??? 25,000$?? Thats probably how much his car insurance is. Black folks so damn simple. Ask him to change his music lyrics to motivate and uplift his people....then ill see if he really out here for the people.
Dolph was way too real, man I'm just in disbelief... way to soon for such an awesome person to be laid to rest. This makes me sick to my stomach. Praying for his entire family and friends and followers for peace and comfort throughout the hard times. 🙏
I know this old af but like How u know he was a good person? Like clearly people been trying to kill him a bunch of times? I'm sure it wasnt for no reason...
Sin leads to hell, keep focused, the devil is on earth to destroy your soul. But God wants to give you everlasting Joy. But our sin is keeping this from happening. You must stop sinning and turn to Jesus Christ he is your only hope. He can save you from eternal suffering under the Earth, where hell is hot.. Not everyone who calls me their Lord will get into the kingdom of heaven. Only the ones who obey my Father in heaven will get in. Matthew 7:21
You think those were legal firearms used?! Tougher gun laws? What to give law abiding citizens less of a chance to defend themselves against people like this? Get real. That wasn't the guns fault, it was the murderers behind them!
Which is a key reason to make it tougher for those to have possessions. We all understand that bad people will find a will and a way but that does not and should not exclude tougher gun laws.. Yall make NO LOGICAL SENSE. More political and bias to "a cause" even more than anything. Facts
@@jashanestone are you shitting me? Please tell me how tougher gun laws will prevent criminals from getting gun ILLEGALLY to commit crimes please tell me?
You don't see it because you're a critical thinker. The media will perpetually make people like us out to be the enemy and make us feel like the minority but believe me, we are the majority. And that scares them.
Swiss, it's cause you're dumb. More guns sold = more guns bought= equals more guns in population= more guns stolen= more guns to commit crime= more gun deaths.
@Swiss Cheese it’s the liberals who run the ghettos who are the problem! Everything they touch the turn to 💩! That’s why Memphis is the crime capital of Tennessee! It’s ran by nothing but liberals!
Loose gun control isn’t the issue. Letting criminals commit gun crimes with little consequence is. No one who is intending on using a gun for a crime is going to attain it legally.
Any excuse state and federal governments can use to strip the right of self defense from citizens will be used. Even if they need to politicize the death of a person.
I just the video where Nore did a heart to heart, told him to stay away from memphis and he refuse to listen. These dudes can't help themselves. You dont have to be physically there to help your community. Start a fucking organization in the safe confides of way the fuck elsewhere. Jeez man rip to that brother.
If that mayor thinks that murders like that happen with legally purchased guns, he's insanely foolish. Stricter gun laws only hurt law abiding citizens.
@@Anzomax2 It’s not a Tennessee problem, it’s a Memphis problem. You don’t see nearly the amount of violent crime in Nashville, Knoxville or anywhere else in Tennessee and they have the same laws. Leaders at the local level need to step up and stop this shit
@@cedricmorrow7519 These youngsters are a lost cause already. Lol! But the kids need more resources to focus on positive things. I grew up in a rough neighborhood and we didn’t have crap. Third world countries probably have more resources than we did s as kids. 😭
Thank you most politicans cant seem to understand that a criminal is criminal for a reason instead of implementing tougher charges they want to make gun laws for lawbiding citizens
Right people in the streets know what’s really going on cause they ain’t snitching. Mad witnesses and cameras out when it happened and this is all the information we got?
If there's something to realize it's just young men have givin their souls to the devil and now you have ppl tweeting & protesting but not pushing love peace and praying for the youth to come to Jesus for the painful reasons on why the devil is bad & his demons.
It was a hit this the 3rd time, he got shot in la the other time he was shot at was when he was in a bulletproof vehicle then this time. Definitely a hit by a hating ass rapper
@@vanessatheurbantarotgoddes2192 naw or wouldn't have made it out it's rappers from Memphis why does everybody act like he wasn't beefing with youngsta and gotti oh ya'll forgot?
It’s even more sad when you think that he got killed buying COOKIES for his mom and by the looks of it he NEVER saw it coming since they didn’t even walk in the door! Gets you thinking what his last thoughts/conversation was
And bout to go do a truckload of Turkey's away to HELP ppl in need such a shame he did so much good for ppl & was buying cookies like u said for his mom & this happened... Anyways have a great day & be safe wherever u live!!
It was fucked up and I know you guys are gonna hate me for this but he should of known better. I know you wanna show u still In the hood but fuck that. He should of sent someone else and maybe he still be here. These snakes are just waiting for u to slip
Yeah but in Tennessee and Texas anyone can carry a gun without even registering for one. No license or anything. They can conceal and all of that it’s crazy
Literally everyone in the entire comment section agrees with you Yang Thao but the corrupt politicians will push their agenda regardless. Just like the vaccine mandates. I am about ready for a rebellion. I will gladly sacrifice my life to fix a corrupt politician.
In England they have mass stabbings because guns are so hard to get. So gun laws do work. Unfortunately for the u.s it is too late as there are too many out already as well as gun mfrs are considered holy in gvt.
Yes but if we didn’t mass produce so many guns and have so many guns everywhere the violence would lessen. Why does a person need more than one gun? The only reason why gun lobbyist fight for your right to own as many weapons is because they want to earn money off of you. I get that is the goal of businesses but people are dying for that business. I understand people want to have a gun but we have way too many of them in America.
The stigma of having armed security in rap culture needs to stop. If you are a full blown rap celebrity you should have armed security. Especially in your own hometown. Protect your life.
@@Truth5eeker33 good excuse.. how long you gonna use that? Another 200 years? How did Obama become president and these idiots do this? CAUSE YOU HAVE THE CHOICE TO BE A F UP
@@AccentBwoy At some point we can not use this. This was not how black people behaved in the 50’s, 60’s, and even 70’s. My mother’s side of the family is black and from the south. There was deep black unity, even in the midst of white oppression. My grandfather’s generation could never comprehend us killing one another over nothing!
I dislike how they are using Dolph's death to push gun control. I can almost guarantee the people that killed him got the guns illegally so tougher gun control wouldn't have helped. Dolph had a gun on him and it was legal, but it wasn't enough against 2-3 people especially since he was caught off guard.
That looks like a hired hit, they are wearing gloves, and unidentifiable clothing simple no identifying marks or logo. This was not just randomly stumbling upon him at a cookie shop, this was premeditated, look at the car they drove off in these were not just some regular street dudes, they were sent there.
they dumb as hell that a e class benze coupe and the chubby one was wearing a rare pair of Jordan sneakers. Look at how he is holding it in the picture almost fumbling it, im surprised he didn't tilt it sideways. Naw they didn't stumble across him, that's the only camo wrapped new corvette with blue wheels in the city maybe the state.
@Mikey idk I wasn’t there sorry. But the reality is he really lived his raps and has made a few mothers cry so it was only a matter of time before karma came RIP Dolph
The goal is to stay out these ditch towns and nurture your family you created not die early trying to save a community that will never be saved. Our job isn't to save folks thats Gods job.
Tougher gun laws affect people who need guns the most. It's time to stop looking at superficial and unjust measures and look at how the system really works.
gun laws are a joke. with Mexico being so close, people can get illegal guns quicker than they can get a cell phone plan. there is no solution for it. maybe rappers should stop glorifying guns, drugs, money, belittling women... the stuff every rap song is about. then the young, broke guys won't get jealous and try do what the rappers are saying. its kind of ironic.
This was a hit, they were trailing him and it could very well have been a setup. They didn't take his ice or ride, meaning they HAD money and only wanted bllood/revenge Yo Gotti with his big head big brain ideas got rid of the realest
@@eyeinthetriangle8274 I didn’t say they had money , the money will come from the outside believe me…… And the outside has lots of it………… and it will go to the biggest mouth. Greed over brotherhood. They most probably did want some sort of revenge or were just bought to do a hit , but still , all in all money in the hand talks loud. Real loud.
Money, money, money, is what used to blind BUT to get ahead I mean get A HEAD.......🤔 DO ANYONE ELSE EVER WONDER WHAT HAPPENS TO ALL THAT MONEY THEY MADE ONCE DEAD..,....🤔 Not the life insurances or money made. The royalties, estates, and assets....🤔
This murder hurts man, usually i dont care bout someone i didnt know but dolph seems like he had his heart in the good place. Helping the underprivileged. Rip king of memphis. I will forever salute you.
Never once did anyone mention the elephant in the room in Memphis. RAISE YOUR KIDS! It's not society's job to raise and counsel young criminals who don't value other people's lives. No politician in Memphis is brave enough to say it smh
It's more about having safer gun control laws. There's plenty of cases where kids have the perfect childhood and then grow up to still do shit like this.
@@ArkansasGamer totally incorrect. Other states have the same laws and don't have these issues. It's a violent culture. That's the real problem. Crime in Memphis was bad before that law passed. The gun laws are fine and favor citizens who don't have felony records. And generally kids raised well aren't out here killing people. You can't take a few examples and pretend it's the norm.
@@kingvan143 I live in Memphis and I can go to Walmart and buy a gun today that could kill someone if I wanted to. Your entire argument is invalid. Are you saying that only people with felonies are going to kill someone? That makes zero sense.
@@TROPxBIG2x bro I was thinking the same thing it kinda weird how he was independent then like a month he signed to the same label young thug is under (Nipsey Hussle case signed to Atlanta records then got killed like month later or couple weeks later) music industry is weird bro.

Right he talking about not feeling safe from police. Shid nigga we being hunted by our own people. Nigga we dont feel safe from other niggaz ...fcuk is Lebron talking about. Ask him why he don't live in Cleveland. Exactly. Thats what I thought. He not worried about Cleveland police.
As someone that moved out of Memphis I can say, without a shadow of a doubt, it was the best decision I ever made. There are far safer places with unimaginable opportunity outside of the city with a dark cloud hovering.

Pushing for tougher gun laws isn't going to do nothing if someone wants a gun they will get one somewhere just like drugs or anything to that nature. R.I. P. YOUNG DOLPH.
Agreed, corrupt politicians will use this to push their gun law propaganda. It's pathetically sad that they can't just mourn his death, have to push their own political agenda
It's all ridiculous. His death is unfortunate. But I'm guessing those people that are just hanging out there are on their day off or entrepreneurs? I saw a bit of a live earlier and people were taking pics in front of the "memorial." Interesting times we are living in..smh.
Soooo you think someone stupid enough to do this has a Benz? You think they took their personal vehicle and did this? Lol, I got some beach front property in Iowa I wanna sell you!
