Hi Toni, you certainly don't look like you need to lose any weight. You look gorgeous. I don't think depriving ourselves is helpful or realistic when we're trying to lose weight, so what I do is I decide when I'm going out for dinner or want to have a takeaway and then for the rest of the week I'll be good. I really look forward to the treat then knowing that I've been good for the rest of the time. But, losing weight can become an obsession and we can lose sight of life and enjoying it. Not that you seem to have any issues with that as you seem to be a very happy person. Belated happy birthday wishes! 🎉🎉

My mum was alcohol dependent she passed at 57 6 yrs ago my youngest brother was 17 same age as my son and im the same i had the odd drink if at family do but havent touched a drop since her funeral realised i dont like it never have and trust me when i say im bubbley with out a drink i laugh at myself , adverts ypu name it and the joy on your face when u noticed your cakes in oven ❤

Hi Toni Your garden is really shaping up and it’s lovely. The lights are fabulous. Well done on making a cake yummy but it would be great to have your weight loss meals again. I loved them. Thank you for opening up about health issues and sharing them. No one knows someone’s journey and after the loss of my twin sister I was drinking too much so I’m on a journey with SW and only have a glass of wine now and again. Loved your moment on the bed ! 😂 like you I don’t drink or smoke and I’m very disappointed in myself for putting on over a stone and half this last year! It is menopause but also the fact I’ve been eating so much chocolate- it’s out of control! I must stop it!! ❤

Cake looks lovely on Friday I had to take one of my sons to the doctors for his b12injection and opposite the doctors is the cake and old fashioned sweet shop couldn't resist going in and my brother was laughing in the car the smell when you walked in was gorgeous ❤❤ from Julie people don't believe me when I say I have never smoked or drank in my life

Hiya Toni, my sister did a medical trial to reverse her diabetes and to lower her blood pressure, she wasnt that bothered about losing weight but she actually lost 3 stone in 3 months, you can actually buy these shakes and soups and it’s called ALTRA LIFE, not sure of the price but I know you can get it online it’s not just for medical reasons, having saying that cake looked absolutely delish, and your back garden is coming on a treat, have a fabulous evening Toni ❤xx

Happy birthday Toni! I really enjoyed that! I'm trying to lose 4 st! I was from 8st 2lbs and put it all on since covid! Although I've been housebound a lot, I've had a bad heart diagnosis and terminal and progressive lung disease and this is just not like me! I can so relate to the clothes thing! It is hard for me to get dressed as I get breathless, but there is nothing that fits me and I hate having to wear big camouflage clothes!!! Have a great day! Thank you for sharing your life so many can relate to it! By the way you still look so slim!

Happy birthday Toni, and everyone is allowed a slice of cake on their birthday, so please don't worry so much, cause once you get your head back in gear, you'll shed a stone off, you know you will. It's just so bloody hard, it's took me 2 year to lose just over 2 stone, and I've hated every minute of it, cause just like yourself I'm a big foodie. I'm still not happy I'd like another stone off, but I just seem to have come to a standstill and haven't moved for ages, but enough of that. Oh my goodness, your lights are Magical, your gonna have a summer Magical garden, how nice will that be. I can highly recommend intermittent fasting to help with weight control, perhaps something you could look into to help you. It also has other health benefits too, I find it really helps me. xx

Hi Tony , I’m 49 and I’m 8 years into my menopause, I also gain all the weight on my belly,I also worry about heart disease, I lost my dad when he was 57,so I would be very interested in some healthy cooking as I don’t really exercise, I take my dog a walk and that’s it, I don’t drink or smoke but I do love chocolate,lol, I have invested in a walking pad, told myself I would be on it everyday. Well that’s a lie I told myself.. lol . Love watching your videos. Xxx

It's funny but when you say about your menopausal weight it's true I'm feeling the same Toni seeing all the cake stuff and wanting to eat it I'm sure your right it's this weather it's depressing us all at the moment I'm trying to loose weight I'm prob a stone overweight soon as the nice weather comes it's more easier to eat lighter food anyway great video I might try a chocolate sponge 😅

Hi Toni I put on weight while I was on the menopause a nightmare I am glad I have come out the the end Gosh my mum died at 67 due to A Dependency our family Dr was very kind and put it down to heart failure she had a heart attack in her 50s my sister has had a HA and has hear disease I am at the moment on Slimming world (Covid and lockdown house move house Extention has done me no favours in my mental health I have lost 12 lbs I must admit I love wine and Gin and tonic gone 60 days without any alcohol I need to get back to the strong women I was so thus vlog resonates with me I would love healthy tips diet advice. Why is that nurse in that profession giving advice like that! X

Please watch the dogs when putting lights in the garden, l put solar powered lights they were little flowers in the garden and my Yorkshire Terrier ate all of them when I wasn’t looking, £2500 pounds it cost at the vets for her operation to remove them.

Move over Paul Hollywood here comes Toni lol, the cake looks yum, yum scrumptious. Such throw away comments especially from medical staff makes my blood boil, are they not aware such words can cause harm and upset.
