Who knew they made RV Parks like this!!! Plus the new Buc-ees in Alabama - Traveling home to LA

We leave Disney's Fort Wilderness Campground and are heading back to Louisiana. Since it is about a 14 hour drive, we decide to break it up into two days like we did on our way to Florida. Pensacola is the perfect half-way point so we decide to stop here again. But don't want to go all the way down to the beach so I open the All Stays app to look for something close by.
We found a gem! Five Flags RV Park is the neatest place! There is funky art everywhere including a dumpster that was turned into a cabin and a laundromat inside of old trolly cars! We loved it!
When we left the next morning, we had to make a stop at the new Buc-ees in Alabama for breakfast! Because you cannot pass a Buc-ees without stopping!! No brisket sandwiches, but they had some yummy breakfast sandwiches and breakfast burritos... we got one of each. And fudge... and freshly made beef jerky... and boudin! YUM!
Homeward bound we go!

Hey hey! Y’all are hilarious. Thanks for stopping by Five Flags RV Park. Our family all enjoyed watching you discover all of our fun projects one by one... at night!!! Even the dumpster diving site! Y’all appreciated every quirky, artful installment as much as we do! PLEASE come back during the light of day and enjoy a complimentary stay on us. There is more to see! What a gem for sure!! How cool is that! How quirky! I like the Flower Bed and the Great dog run!! We need a fenced area for our dogs. And that Buc-ees was the first one we went to... it was huge ~ Brad and Diana

Wow!! What an amazing journey this has been and what a wonderful way to discover your country and its people. We all take our own countries for granted and never see it from the perspective of a tourist. The one benefit of this crazy world situation is that we have a new appreciation for the wonders of our country. The benefits with this channel is that those of us looking on and travelling with you almost as family can see and enjoy the real USA and not the crap that we have been seeing in the media in recent times. Thanks again for taking us with you and I am sure every one of us is ready for the next adventure.

Oh darling. It's a social faux pas to use the provided hose into your sewage hose. 😉 Something about cross contaminates other people's waste with your waste. We found a small 3 ft hose off Amazon that we have put a cheap sprayer nozzle on it, that we hook on to that hose. Works wonders. Hope this helps. Holler if you have questions. ❤

I think Gloria Rae sound pretty rv like. I always think Gloria sounds a happy name and glory is a joyous feeling that you get when on your travels and Rae as in ray of sunshine from the love of sunshine state Florida. I was hoping you and Jason spend a day at Disney Springs. I can imagine Jason eating an awesome burger at D-Luxe Burger, no worries maybe next time. I love Buc-ees! Great video! We stayed at Five Flags RV Park for the week of Christmas 2019. It’s the best RV Park we have ever stayed at!! Santa was sitting inside the old Class C during the awesome Christmas Eve Party. They had Golf cart parade all decorated with Christmas lights. And the 2 old fire trucks were driving around throughout the campground 🚒 . Loved all the quirky things and the old antique vehicles. And of course we had to use the cool Trolly Laundry. It was all so much fun 🥰. Still have to try out Buc-ee’s!

Alright, I agree that Whataburger is something Texans should be proud of, especially since I live in the hometown of Whataburger, Corpus Christi, Bucees on the other hand ... I avoid them like the plague, big Ol tourist traps, lol.....and H.E.B. Is a good grocery chain as far as grocery stores go

How about "Echo" for the camper? (A play on your channel name!) We stopped at Buc-ees after flying in to Houston from Western Canada - our Uber driver insisted we visit Bucc-ees on our drive to Galveston (heading to a Disney Cruise). It was astonishing. DH & I love watching you guys take cruises (we love cruising), and we were just starting to discuss an RV, as we're "almost" empty nesters, too. Thank you for such a GREAT channel!

Texas girl here, you need to go to an HEB on a Sunday make sure it is a super one and try all the samples. Love a Sunday at HEB. My fav one is in Vintage Park in Houston off 249.

Too funny - Buc-EEs!! We've been to one in TX yrs ago & looking forward to visiting the one between Houston airport & Galveston in a few wks. They got everything!! He also owned a trailer in Malibu at Paradise Cove. Quirky place full lots creative people. Betsy Johnson a fashion designer. She is in her late 60’s or 70’s. But talk about quirky I saw her she to do a walk through a place and then a few months it was up for sell. The lady who started the shabby chic trend had a trailer too there. All trailers here. There is lot of people surfing right there. In addition there is a good restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Mind you those facing the water sell in 1 mil range.

We stopped this morning at one of the newer Buc-ees in St Augustine. The Ham egg and cheese breakfast sandwich is one of the best around. Having a Buc-ees near us in Mobile has spoiled us

I really enjoyed watching your trip to Florida, have ya'll ever thought of making Key West your next RV adventure? Reason I ask is because it's on my bucket list to pull my little camper there some day. It would be about a 23 hour drive where I live in DFW. I see that they have some nice rv parks there and it would be a great place to take your scooter. I vote for Loui

I had always wanted to go to a Bucees so last Dec. we drove to that exact one and ended up spending $100. Headed back in April with rest of the family. Guess I better hit the ATM before I leave.
