Saki is playing her signature KG-Fascinator Seven the Empress made by Killer Guitar co. It’s metal flake black with pink Sakura pedals. Show-Ya is throwing their annual concert series and Nemophila (and Saki’s main band Mary’s Blood) are a couple of the bands playing. It will be live streaming at end of April.
With this being one of my fav Babymetal songs...I always gotta be like...just remember, it's a cover, it's ok if it sounds different. But even so, these ladies still nailed it. And just like they do with basically ever cover they do, they add their own little flair to it, which I loved personally. Fun cover. These ladies are just too talented, they do everything so good. I'm also so happy they let the bassist do that one part of the song vocally. Nice little touch of letting someone else in the band get a moment. Speaking of the bassist...I can't wait to see y'all react to their NiziU - Make you happy cover. The song itself is a little different, so some may not be into it (though, I think their cover of it is awesome...but of course it is). You get to see mayu sing a bit differently. And the bassist drops some bars in that song...so that makes it instantly awesome.
Love Nemophila. Them Band Maid and Lovebites have rocketed to the top of my favorite bands with Nightwish. I grew up on classic rock, GnR, Alter Bridge, Dream Theater, anything Slash, Van Halen were always tops, but these bands are right there. Just the fact their all smile, seem to love playing together puts a smile on my face, while banging. Love Mayus voice, as Saikei, and Asamis. Love Marata Tamus drumming. Haraguchi San, such a great bassist, not always flashy but strong, like Miho in Lovebites. And love Saki and Hazuki guitars. Both with Midori and Miyako miyako, and Kanami, in my favorite guitarists. They have originals : Fighter, Life, Oiran, Sorai, don’t know if you reacted to those yet. Love Fighter, and Life shows how beautiful Mayu voice is, beautiful guitars.
This video guest stars a bunch of BABYMETAL merch you can't get nowadays without throwing down a bunch of $$$, straight from mega BABYMETAL fan Saki's personal collection, freshly opened just for this video.
This cover is fantastic. I love how much fun they seem to have playing together. Recommend their song Fighter or maybe Life (ballad about the drummer’s newborn).
the other guitar is a Killer brand Akira Takasaki from Loudness made them famous back in his day. Another great guitarist who doesn't get the credit he deserves.
I knew it would be that amazing because these ladies are so talented that they have done no wrong yet! I am not bias and Haraguchi is my favorite!! Thank you for reacting to this video!
If somebody is Haraguchi-san fan, she have very strong part in Burn it to the Ground. There is another cover, made just for fun really, Make You Happy - she shows more technique and vocals. All song should be listened knowing original - but hold on to something, when you realize, what is this and what Nemophila did with it. Pure shock for me.
You may also like this version of Megitsune (especially the 7 string bass guitar... ;-) ). ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-gmE1cMeUryM.html 6 year old vid tough, and the kids have improved leaps and bounds since then (not that they were bad then). I;m not sure if you've covered Asterism yet? They kick major arse, especially their studio battle versions
@@BonkAF yes, the bass player uses a 7 string bass. Plus he plays solos every song, they are an all instrumental band. He is awesome and is a high schooler here. The guitarist was either a year out of high school or a first year high school student. They are very talented. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-buQPvINJcA0.html
since you guys are making a comeback or atleast rying to you guys should react to Nemophila GOD official live video or Lovebites Scream For Me daughters of the dawn live tokyo 2019 or Lovebites Signs of Deliverance please let me know what you think
The drummer is actually a very good singer, too. If you would like to hear her sing, watch this: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-YztnbNmt4Mg.html. It will be difficult, but try to ignore the large white man at the front of the stage.
Love the drummer Murata Tamu. I understand all the Babymetal stuff belongs to Mayu the singer. There are 100's of Japanese female bands, you need to pick up the pace.
