Jake actually won by a whole extra point and the tiebreak was unnecessary. Amir said it was 6-4 for Jake, and then Avital answered “white men can’t jump” for 5. Then when Jake answered “a few good men” Amir said 6 again, when it should’ve been 7.

This was a great episode and I love how seemingly effortlessly funny Avital is, especially in this constellation. I do hope you'll eventually drop BetterHelp as one of your sponsors though as they're pretty infamous for their shady business practices and lack of discretion when dealing with people's very personal issues.

**SPOILER FOR POETRY OR NOETRY** Umm holy shit, Avital’s poem is one of the best I’ve ever heard. Incredibly moving, I definitely liked it even more than the last poem. I’d also be interested to hear peoples’ interpretation of “The Hypnotist” because the last set of lines is a little confounding to me.

My interpretation is that the man is in love with the woman he is beside, and his love is so strong that he is moved to silence by the possibility that the man (who can make any woman fall for him) is outside the door, preparing to make the woman the author loves fall for him.
