DO STEAKS AGAIN but let the chefs go pick out the cut of meat and the ingredients from the store. Cash I think said he doesnt make filets alot and James was saying Filet is his favorite cut. You could get even more in depth and give them a budget for grocery shopping.

FYI, there is actually a correct way to cut into a steak as well. That is why you felt like it wasn't cutting well in Cash's steak, hence the well done.
