Hey guys, as much as this title is supposed to be a joke I know, please remember that if you are really struggling you should seek professional help. I'm from the uk therapy is free here, but if you're from somewhere where it costs and you can't afford it, please at least consider talking to someone you trust about your feelings whether it be a family member, friend, teacher, or someone from an online charity or support group. It will help so much, coming from someone who has experienced it. Bangtan make us smile everyday, but from across the ocean there's only so much they can do. They would want you to look after yourself and get help! Imagine how proud they would be of you. Sarangeyo army, let's take care of each other and our selves 💜

What if you are the one everyone seeks out and BTS is literally your lifeline!! It’s not like I can change what’s in my life….. that’s why I’m very grateful I found BTS last year when my life was going through a living hell…..I started out 2020 with 20 personal close family,,, finished it with 12…. No deaths were due to COVID-19….. it just happened to fall into that too..

My mum: Em I think it's time you see a therapist you clearly have alot of bottled up emotions and i think it'd benefit you. Me: HEY STOB IT. BTS is my therapy💜 In all seriousness, I do struggle alot and I keep my emotions in and close myself off alot but ever since becoming an army I have never felt alone BTS is like my family and I really don't know what I'd do if I didn't have them 7 amazing boys. And thank you Army for putting out this amazing content of them that makes me smile from ear to ear💜
