I’m sure there are multiple other indicators needed for it to be a legit warning sign against the love interest specifically. In most cases butterflies are someone’s excitement mixed in with anxiety due to them placing someone on a pedestal or feeling the situation is out of their league. The real warning is that they need to relax and recognize that although the person is out of their comfort zone…they’re not out of their league. And that they need to not place this person on a pedestal above themselves by working on their self-concept and self-worth. And other times butterflies or feeling giddy is a sign that they’re around someone that arouses excitement and attraction. Great chemistry isn’t a red flag. But it is something that needs to be handled maturely and wisely. Because if not, it can cause someone to not pay attention to the “actual” red flags if and when presented.
