We live in Yavapai county, in northern Arizona. We definitely see the results of this mess up there but I want to take this opportunity to thank Sheriff Lamb and others who do their best to stop what they can before it reaches us and the rest of the country. You really are on the front line.
My gf's mother went to Samoa where she is originally from. Then covid happened and was stuck there. They told her that if her visa were to expire while there it would not be difficult for her to get it back. That was bs. She has been stuck for 4+ years now

Every veteran took an oath when they enlisted and that oath never gets rescinded, that I know of. Yes, veterans are suffering and struggling every day. I was ignored after I got out of the military, mainly because I served during Viet Nam and was grouped in with the ones who came directly out of Viet Nam. I served in the Middle East during Viet Nam and had potential enemies within 100 miles of the base I was stationed at. {Russia & Iran} I had to keep an eye on my six the whole time I was over there. It is and was not safe anywhere overseas back then and even now. Shell shock or PTSD has never been dealt with correct;y by the VA and still does not deal with it effectively. These veterans who can still mobilize will be some of the most protection this country will ever see, as most of our military is positioned everywhere else in the world and would not be able to break away to get back here in time, if an attack or series of attacks were to break out at any time. Police and first responders will have their hands full and possibly might even be handcuffed to do anything. People could be on their own and not get the full protection that they feel they might need. It is highly recommended that everyone needs to be able to protect themselves and their families, if an event does unfold.
He's got the knowledge and insight to best understand a way forward for future border policy. We need several like minded types in DC. I'd like term limits and 8 years.
Hey man these topics are getting old. I am retired Army such as yourself (11B) and Mexican born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley. We all know there is an issue with illegal crossings and it is ALWAYS a political issue with quick pacifying solutions. Politicians and local sheriffs have political conversations, speaking events, wasting money on a BS "Border Wall" that is a joke to everyone in the south. Instead of talking come up with a LONG TERM solutions. I suggest invest money into a division called "Border Force", Crist sakes we crate a Space Force and can't create a division to protect the border. It'll support the Border Patrol in order for them to patrol as their job title. We are tired of the talking and rising the issue we know already. So stop the Blah-Blah-Blah and start talking about Sound SOLUTIONS!! that's with impact.

I'm in Michigan, now Blue, but it's not like there isn't plenty of corruption that's funded by big corporations in this state. Blue, Red, can't trust them . We've got Mike Rogers who left Michigan and is coming back and running for a Senate seat. I don't have a good feeling about this guy and we've got to sound the alarm if he's as dangerous as I think he is.
Why not deport back to country recently crossed from. If they throw away their ID and cannot be verified. No reason to be here at all. The crossing country will get real good at making sure they keep their identification on them. If they come here in any form illegal or not. No accurate ID no admittance under any rule.

It was El Paso. To top it off the judge, Ruben Morales dropped the charges on the 200+ IA’s arrested by TX DPS. I can tell you first hand that the only IA’s that BP is deporting are the ones from Mexico. All others are being processed and released into the USA. The border is WIDE OPEN!!! Don’t by the BS that it’s secure!
