Main problem with the idea of stompn playing pro league is that they drug test, and we have known for a long time that stompn abuses Adderall. This doesn't take away from stompn as a phenom and he could definitely do pro league unlike any other controller player, but chances are even after like a year of scrimming, stompn would underperform at a lan for multiple reasons.

yall gotta realize the gap between a great kbm player and a player that has reached peak potential on a controller is wayy lower in a 1v1 than it is on a 5v5 situation. Put st0mpn in a pro league game and chances are he’d get dog walked and get lost, but if u make him go against spoit 10 games in a row 1v1 he’d definitely get super close every game and probably win some. thats why some people say “1v1 doesnt mean anything” cuz its a whole different game than a normal 5v5

I watch proleague siege every single day and have been for over 5 years now. I consider myself to have a extremely deep understanding of this game at the highest level of the pro scene. I have just gotten into watching console proleague. I would’ve bet my entire life that Ashn, doki, and spoit all cleaned stompn up these guys have been playing this game on a level stompn has never experienced in so many aspects. I do not wish to elaborate more. What bro did is unbelievable.
tbf the way people play 1v1s is completley different to the way a 5v5 is played. I can bet many of the pros here do very little 1v1s, while on the other hand, someone like spoit became known for 1v1s, and everytime he streams hee 1v1s pros and viewers. same for stompn, he plays 1v1s all of the time
Stompn is out there doing 1vs1 the entire day though. Doki, Benja and co probably played less than 5 1vs1 in their entire career... Like they are practicing all days to win 5vs5 millions dollars tournaments, not to win Jinxy 5k tournament. But well still props to Stompn, it's an impressive achievement nonetheless
Need an EU pro league 1v1 tourney so they don't get screwed over by lag. Get Doki and Shaiiko back, add in players like Alemao (massive trash talker, chat will love him), honestly just get as much of the G2 roster as you can

Yeah but it's kind of a shame that it's always only 1vs1. Like siege is meant to be a 5vs5 team game, and that is only that way you can truly find out who is the best player/team. I would love if Jinxy commented true pro tournaments, maybe made post match interviews and shit like that. Would be hella entertaining
