in Korea, unless you actually join and pay the membership, people won't call themselves a part of the fandom, they will just say they are a fan of their music in global terms however, he can be considered as an army
I’m 19 and my son is 3yrs old and he loves bts (I’m a teen mum) my father is 49 and my mother is 39 and they’re both ARMYS along with my guy friends who are 18-23yrs old…the oldest army in my family is 84 who is my grandfather and his bias is RM☺️
The comment “how proud their parents must be” really got me in the kokoro 🥺 because yeah, no one could probably match their parents’ pride for them now
Just like Yoongi said, people really just need to listen to their music without prejudice first, know the lyrics and the message will come to us. When they debuted, I used to ignore them too bc for me they were just like typical idol, a company product that have to be perfect all the time. But after learning about their musics, their songs, their messages, just them being themselves, I fall in love with them bc BTS musics can resonate with all aspect in life 🥰😍
He said the song resonates. That’s what I feel everytime BTS sings, their songs are masterpieces. The grandpa who knows BTS so well is already an army in my eyes. Thank u for a great content. Love it when the elederly enjoys music.
The uncles are so cute though, i mean look at the uncle in gray going "i like RM the most, he's from ilsan, around here", "even the voices our theirs, others could have sung this song but this one is by our cuties", "it was no.1 on billboard, competing with butter"..that is just so adorable. I love seeing the senior generation showering bts with so much love. He sure is an army.
Please tell them that "young seniors" make up a good size of this worldwide fandom and all are welcome. I'm in my 40s and my mom is in her 60s and we just adore BTS, their talent, and everything they are and stand for. Their music resonates with anyone, any age, anywhere. And I'm so proud that they are considered "great sons" and "wonderful patriots" and that their music is considered "world-class" by these lovely people.
Please tell 김문수씨 that he is definitely already 아미. 😍 Since BTS is a global group, you don't have to "join" a fanclub - you simply become a fan with your support and love. 😉 I'm proud to call myself ARMY in company with him!
Timeless... BTS’s demographic is expanding everyday. Seeing their journey must really be special since you found them in 2014. Suga said that it doesn’t matter when you started following because that’s when BTS debuted for you but I so wish I had discovered BTS sooner and to have lived the evolution with them like you have. I feel I have missed so much yet I know there is so much more to go. They have brought so much joy to many including me. BORAHAE!💜
When ajussi said patriots, my heart sang. I am always so happy to see Koreans proud of their sons. Please make more BTS. I subbed (yes it's a bribe hahah)
@@YoungSeniors Did you explain that BTS Army are fans of *ALL religions, races, male + female + ALL ages, from 8 to 88* yrs old, have *5 #1 Billboard Albums* in 2.5 yrs since the Beatles + *5 #1 Billboard Singles* in 10 months ➕ *global musical artists + Hollywood celebrities of ALL ages go to their sold-out stadium concerts* + that they bring $4.6 BILLION Dollars* into S.Korean economy *every year??* They loved the music, so thx for this vid!!💜
"I guess my taste in music isn't that bad because I didn't have an adverse reactiom after listening to this world-class music" Idk but I felt happy reading that😆☺
Why do I like the white shirt guy so much here. He truly shows how excited he is about the song he never listened before. He knows that even when he didn't know anything about the song he likes it because it's the heart that resonate with music
The grandpa who wore a coat and glasses is dope! They're all amazing ppl but I'm soft with that grandpa. He's amazing and considering his age? Man, he's dope
The most amazing thing about BTS is that it doesn’t matter how old the people are they attract different ages I think the old people feel young again just to listening to their songs…to me their music makes me feel alive, happy and hopeful and a way more younger
I love seeing what Koreans think of BTS and the impact they've had on the people and culture in South Korea. I'm sure not everyone likes them but BTS has earned the respect of so many groups of people, everywhere around the world. It's amazing to live in this time to witness their success!
I am almost 60 and am humbled to be a senior ARMY. Their music has brought me new joy. One I haven’t felt since I was 20 years old myself. Thank you BTS! 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
I feel a closeness to all on this panel. I am 60 and am proud to say I support, respect, and protect our precious young men. I have never seen anyone who is so talented and humble in my whole life! Bangtan FOREVER!
i hope u can include SPRING DAY and LIFE GOES ON or other ballad songs next time. thank u for the reaction! hoping to watch another reaction with the songs I mentioned
This was so fun to watch! That man in the gray suit is definitely ARMY, whether he realises it or not. 😆 I knew the moment he said he was 150% sure that the ones singing were "our cuties". 😆
im 53 years old and its my first time to idolized boy band from south korea where i dont even understand their languages, but i got interested when i watched and listen bts the way they perform on stage with energy and the way they sang and tranform to each other from different voice from rap, differ voice and angelic voice,it will stucked on your head if you start to listen to them, and when i watched them in youtube and follow them from the start ,they become nothing until they got the stardom bec.of they hardwork and very humble they got what they desire and dreaming to become superstar of the whole world, and im proud to be an army for them,i really love them, i always pray for their gudhealth ,safety and more blessings to come for them, and one day i see them and watched them personally here in the philippines ...staysafe bts💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
As someone who knows no Korean beyond “Hajima” and “Bulteurone”, I am very moved by the reaction to Permission to Dance which is the exact opposite to the reaction I have to BTS music... their meaning, their soul, their passion and compassion are conveyed even through the language barrier... and then when I read their lyrics, my enjoyment goes beyond anything I have felt about music for a very long time. I wish these lovely people had listened to “Spring Day” as well!
I love how they reacted on purely the song, without the bias of seeing the mv which they can easily identify as BTS. I feel like there's bias thinking that BTS is only known for their (amazing) visuals and production that people dismiss/gloss over how good their music is even when consumed by itself. They are true artists and it's almost inevitable that people love, or at the very least, appreciate, their music when they listen without prior judgement. This video was very heartwarming and it's nice to see them enjoy the music. 💜
I fell in love with their music second. I'm an older American doll collector. I loved that the Mattel dolls each had his own face mold. So I looked them up on RU-vid. I loved "Idol" and "On." I don't understand Korean, but BTS' music touches me. Their online content ("Run BTS," etc.) and characters as revealed by their first UN speech and donations can enchant anyone. They are remarkable artists who've blessed the world.
I'm a 57 yr old fan in USA. I love hearing the pride with which these elders spoke of BTS. The training and dedication it must take to be such skilled singers, dancers and confident spokesmen...the bravery to speak out about issues like mental health, prejudice, the environment while be #1 performers - there is so much to admire and for their country to be proud of. I love their music and message (and looking at the fashions and jewelry they wear, too! ) 🤘🏼✌🏼👌🏼
Grandpa saying, " because I like them " .. You're right, grandpa! They're very much likable. And not to forget, wonderful patriots. Not only spreading their culture but also their love & affection and making the world a better place to live.
I am in my late 50's but have enjoyed watching BTS..their music videos but most of all their BTS Run. I hope they continue to make more episodes of BTS run..until they all get married and have kids.💜💜💜
This was such a wholesome video! They all are so sweet and so proud of bts because they are from sk. It heals my heart. Thank you for this great video 💜
The man in the gray jacket (who looks honestly 40 years-old at most) really knows BTS' music. Made me smile when he called them "our cuties"! Loved the reactions of everyone though; the woman who thought Blood Sweat and Tears was sung by one man and one woman made laugh LOL. Also, the "all human minds are the same" comment from the other man- YES. Young or old, from whatever continent, words and lyrics and melodies can resonate with us, no matter where we're from or how old we are.
the one in the grey blazer is so cutee! he looks so chic but he got so excited while listening to the songs knowing it was bts 💗 also it was so nice to see all of them talk fondly of bts and how proud they were of what they're accomplishing
