Actually, I agree Emma Logan is the ghost and Jack's wife or daughter. If you were watching the tv from the start, it shows a news about a girl being run over by a car and that girl is Emma Logan.
The ghosts and Jack (who is actually Zach) are all from Camping 2 and I think its made by the same creator! Thats also maybe why they have to go through a forest to get to the house

I have a theory Funneh In Camping 2, the bad ending is when the killer stabs you and reveals his identity, his name is Zack Nolan. When you are being chased by Jack, he changes his name to Zach, showing Jack Logan is not his real name. So Zack Nolan from Camping 2 invited you to his house to seek revenge, I never saw the good ending of Camping 2 so I'm not sure if he invited people to his house to seek revenge or if he went crazy.
